The fit and quality of the garments are fantastic and had to exchange 1 shirt for the next size up. This was handled impeccably and received the new shirt in a matter of days.

There was a delay with the sourcing but I got a message from nick the founder to explain the situation so 10/10 for personal experience. I have now have 2 shirts / over shirts and love them. The sizing does seem to vary though - S in one feels like and M in the other but maybe that’s just the styling. I will be buying more from here though. It’s lovely stuff.

Fast delivery, amazing product, climate neutral

Ordered a shirt in October. Aware would take a while to be in stock but heard nothing for a month. Didn’t want it to arrive when we were away, so emailed customer service to say if you’re going to send it, please not before 28/11. No acknowledgment or reply to this. So what happens? The shirt is sent for delivery exactly when I didn’t want it to come. I was able to divert the delivery so could be picked up later elsewhere. But basically, no one is looking at customer emails.

Now on my fourth Neem product, very happy. Regardless of all the known environmental/social aspects and design you see on the Neem site, it's actually the comfort and feel of the fabrics which wows me.

This was the start time i had purchased from Neem, London. I received a great level of support when requesting information about the correct size of project i should order, the advise was spot on. When the garment arrived it was the prefect size.
The quality of the product is exceptional and i will be purchasing from this brand again. Cheers, David T

Bought a shirt for a friend which came the next day! He's really pleased with it - loves the soft feel of the fabric and the ethos of the brand. Would highly recommend Neem.

I was drawn to Neem because of its purpose and values but am also very impressed how well made the items are.

The concept behind Neem is laudable which was why I placed an order for a shirt and neck scarf.
Although the ordering process was simple the delivery process was anything but straightforward. The scarf arrived - in the wrong colour. This was returned and replaced. The shirt took much longer to arrive despite numerous emails and promises of a pair of socks - subsequently raised to three pairs of socks as compensation for the delay. These have failed to arrive...

Although the products are well made - if expensive (small size shirt slightly long in the arm) and the idea behind the company is good I will not be ordering again. Neither could I recommend based on my experience.

Bought a 'light' summer neck-scarf but it's more like a kipper tie. The use of so much material (by an eco firm, apparently) makes it almost unbearably hot. Nice idea at half the length and width.
