Hi Simon,
I'd appreciate it if you give me a call on 07800678862 to discuss this further. I'm slightly confused as I've checked with our administration team and they said that that the product you originally ordered was in stock and they called you upon receipt of the order to confirm the sizing and delivery address was correct. This product was then dispatched and delivered the next day. They were not aware of you needing to purchase a more expensive product.
If that's not the case then I apologise for the mix up and would like to work work with you to find a suitable solution.

Excellent service as always
As always they reacted to our request for a service call speedily and efficiently and on a weekend too. Their engineer was courteous and helpful. After the problem had been fixed they offered advice on preventing the fault re-occuring.

Got in touch with Nelson off a recommendation. Was impressed by how quickly they came out to do a site survey and set everything up. On the day of the install they were accommodating to us and came in early so they could be done before the restaurant opened. All in a great experience and would highly recommend
