Janice responded quickly to my email and fixed my problem for me right away

BOGO option was purchased. when I tried the product it caused me so much excruciating pain that I had to remove it immediately from my lips; it still caused me pain thereafter. I requested a refund and they told me because I used one of the products that I can't get any money back because it was a BOGO deal. Also, they said that since they detailed what the products were made out of that I was made aware ahead of time. How in the hell am I supposed to know if those products were going to cause me a seriously terrible reaction? These were lip plumping products in two separate containers. I only used one of the containers and clearly I'm not going to know what kind of allergic reaction I'm going to have until I use it. The fact that they couldn't even offer me half back considering that I was a buy one get one free is just a scam. No legit business especially for a brand new customer would do business like this. My cheap lip gloss plumping products looked way better on my lips than this crap. I've had lip injections before. I've had micro needling. I thought all sorts of things to my face including fillers. Nothing compared to the excruciating pain that this product caused my lips and it looked like s*** afterwards. Do not purchase!

Please do not buy the hyaluronic acid for lips; it doesn't work. It only makes your lips burn and produces no effect whatsoever.There is no option to give 0 stars—I had to give 1—but they are a fraud

I recently tried the lip stain in all three shades, and I’m honestly so impressed. They adapt beautifully to the same skin tone, making them perfect for different occasions. Plus, it truly lasts all day without needing any touch ups.

I also tried the lip plumper, and it’s truly a game changer. I’ve never used a plumper that works this fast and this well. You feel the effect instantly, and it’s definitely strong, but in the best way. Just make sure to apply a small amount, because it’s actually very powerful.

So disappointed with the lip plumper! It burned but most plumpers do so not even talking about that - but what I was sad about was there was NO plumping to be seen. After 10-15 minutes my lips were bright red and looked angry but the exact same size they were preapplication. They stayed red for several hours and did not change in lip size. Total waste of money.

This product hurts like hell. Feels like getting stung by bees on your lips or like rubbing hot peppers on your lips. Its more than a spicy feeling. I tried to keep it on for 10 minutes and I only made it about 4 minutes. Lips were bigger but felt swollen and they had a reddish tint to them, felt like chemical burns. All in all I don't think it was worth the money.

DO NOT BUY. I applied the lip plumper and almost immediately wiped it off. It is the worst pain you could ever feel and the pain doesn’t go away for close to 30 minutes. I’ve had injections, I’ve dissolved my lips and nothing compares to the pain this lip plumper does to you. I tried contacting anyone but no one responds. I’m scared my lips will be burned with some sort of unknown chemical. Absolute worst pain.

Unfortunately this product DOES NOT deliver the results it promises. I applied the lip plumper and my lips were on fire for about 15 mins. Once the burning stopped, they were plump for 20 minutes and that was it.
