I had 3 windows fitted today really have with the whole experience from the start to finish fitters very amazing will definitely recommend neoglaze to anyone.

Following a no nonsense quotation that I was happy with I proceeded with the installation of two new windows. Said installation was completed today. Very happy with the new windows and the professional manner of the installation team who removed old windows and debri from site and cleaned the areas that had been worked on.
Overall, a good customer experience from start to finish.

The initial contact was good, the salesman hussain came out and quoted, lovely guy very good price, decided to go with neoglaze, surveyor came out 2 days later measured up and then the windows were fitted 2 weeks later.. have to say good quality windows, nice looking... few small issues of scratches when they installed them but was assured they would be replaced within a week as these things happen...

They were replaced scratch free around 2 weeks later so all good but I noticed that now the Georgian bars don't line up how they should, was told that the supplier had messed up and would be with me in a week to rectify... this was March 20th... so 100 calls and emails later I've had no joy and getting either new glass replaced or them replaced and been told and promised call back after call back.. I was then told 2 weeks ago so 6 months of going round the houses that the window was correct just they had been fitted the wrong way round and if I take them out spin them round they would match up and I wouldn't need replacement glass which I've been told I was waiting for the last 6 months.

Was told that this would be done ASAP as is only a 10 min job and I'm a priority customer.

2 weeks later there was still no engineer out to sort them so I've got another glazing company out to sort the mistake as I've had enough of waiting at my own cost. Hope I get this refunded as good will gesture from neoglaze.

They now do look good and are great quality just a pity that this couldn't have been sorted 6 months ago and it would have been 5 stars.

Received several quotes but Neo Glaze were the most competitive. Customer service from the first interaction was spot on. No hard sell by the wonderful Hussain. Gave us great advice during our consultation. The team of fitters were friendly, polite and did a great job. There was a dink in our door handle which they noticed and replaced immediately. I couldn’t fault any part of the service and I strongly recommend these guys

Really professional service offered by their salesman called Hussain. He visited and explained in depth what was on offer and what the process entailed. An absolute gentleman.

They were very flexible with dates and times as I needed to make sure it suited me as I work from home. The windows were installed on the scheduled day. The installers did an excellent job at both installation and final finishing. All work was completed within 2 hours and they cleaned up well after themselves.

They were very quick and professional. I definitely recommend Neo Glaze!

The biggest scam and ripoff poor installation horrible individuals one calling him self dave when name his is Qasim should say it all,windows installed earlier in 2022 still waiting,worst experience and service promised to have all repairs to be rectified still nearly six months avoiding my calls also learnt that the window do not come with 15 years verified by certass promised by the dodgy Steve Curtis who is the saleman who sell the everything but kitchen sink discusted these people are still trading avoid at all costs.

I needed my windows changed had no knowledge whatsoever but received all the help and advise. Really felt at ease and confidant that I made the right choice as I had so many questions and everyone I dealt with were happy to go the extra mile to help me understand everything.

I have already recommended my friends and family and would like to say a big thank you to everyone. It feels like a brand new house, amazing how a few windows can uplift the whole house.

Neoglaze - where do I start , left a bad, but honest review now they refuse to put THERE mistakes right( certainly not fulfilling there guarantee on our less than 6 month old full house job ) …. childish , inept- if u have any sense , choose wisely - stay clear

Terrible experience, had two houses done by this company

Firstly the paint on the door was bubbled and was told that it would be rectified it’s been 5 months and still not rectified. Neither have I gotten a response from the company.

One of the windows howls with the wind. Again was told that the fitters would come and fix this still havnt come around to resolve anything.

On the other house the wrong hinges were installed again, was told that these would be changed. First occasion they came to have a look and said they ordered new hinges. Then after waiting for two months was told a date on which they didn’t come to install them. When contacting them I was told wrong hinges had been sent out. Again after a month no contact was made so I called and again was told that they will come when the hinges are here. No date was given and still waiting.
Terrible experience would definitely avoid at all costs.

Good service. Well happy. The lads had a problem putting one in and the glass cracked but they sorted me another and gave me a great price on an extra window I then ordered
