Excellent & fast service. They guide me through and even arrange prayer to attend live. The Rudraksha came in a box carefully packed along with holy thread and chandan, along with the certification and maintenance guidelines. Thank you, the Team of Nepa Rudraksha.

Decent Quality, Excellent Packaging, Friendly Staff, and Informative Brochure provided with the product. Highly Recommended.

A truly authentic experience from start to finish. I’ve worn Rudraksha for years, but Nepa Rudraksha stands out for their outstanding customer care. They offer a highly knowledgeable, no-pressure pre-consultation, allowing the right Rudraksha to come to you naturally.

The buying process is completely transparent, with regular photo and video updates of your specific beads. A major highlight was receiving a live video link to watch my Pran Prathistha pooja being performed. My order was shipped seamlessly to the UK via FedEx, and their aftercare is second to none. Even months later, the team is responsive and happy to help with any questions. Thank you, Nepa Rudraksha, for a genuine and deeply authentic service.

Very nice experience of purchasing the rudrakshya with guided support from knowledgable aacharyas.
There app is very good too. It shows relatable sadhnas customised to your purchase.
Over all good experience.

The entire experience ordering at Nepa Rudraksha was amazing. Quality, Customer Service, fast shipping, and the App were all 5 stars. I purchased a 1 Mukhi Savar on a rudraksha chain and also ordered the Rudraksha Prana Pratishtha Pooja. The staff maintained contact and were super responsive. A video of the Rudraksha Prana Pratishtha Pooja was uploaded via the app and the Mala was shipped well within their specified delivery window.

I was so surprised just how quickly and efficiently the item arrived from Nepal to Missouri in the United States. Packaging was phenomenal and I was surprised to find a gift inside that really made the order even more special. The positive and uplifting energy I felt before, during, and after meditation confirmed its authenticity. I would not hesitate ordering from them again. Thank you Nepa Rudraksha for a wonderful experience and for this piece that is now a part of my spiritual journey.

Peace, love and joy to you all 🙏🏾

It was a wonderful explanation from their side. They shared every single piece of information with us and guidelines and I extremely appreciate what they do to help me.

I got very good professional advice from the CEO directly Mr Sukritiya Khandiwada this is my 4th rudraksha I’ve bought for my family and I’ve seen tremendous changes in me and my personal and professional life. The team along with the CEO miss Sushma is always spot on and fast response. The packaging international comes from FedEx in time. Everything is authentic and the only place to buy if you’re looking for a genuine rudraksha and positive change in your life

As a regular customer of Nepa Rudraksha, I am once again incredibly impressed by their standards. I recently purchased two 10 Mukhi Rudraksha beads, energized with the Dwadasha Maha Pran Prathistha Pooja. The beads arrived via courier in perfect condition. I am highly satisfied with the quality, as always. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their dedication throughout the entire process—from ordering to shipment. I will continue to trust them for authentic beads.

Thank you to Nepa Rudraksha and Sushma Ji. She was very patient, kind, caring and informative. She helped to determine the best rudrakshas for our needs, answered all questions with no pressure to purchase anything. After we did purchase, she made sure we gave the information needed for the pooja. When we received the rudrakshas and had more questions she answered all with such kindness.
The consultant fee is discounted from the price of the rudrakshas if you purchase.
The brahmins did such a lovely pooja and a video of it as well as so many personalised helpful things come on the company’s app.
Thank you for this blessing! Wish you much success!

I just received my custom Rudraksha Kavach from Nepa Rudraksha and WOW! 🤯🙏🏼 I genuinely could not be happier with my experience.

This was my very first Rudraksha purchase, so I had a lot of questions, and Sumina was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind, answered every single question I had, and helped me create a custom Kavach that was exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated how much care she put into helping me.

When my package arrived, I was blown away. My Kavach is absolutely beautiful and feels so special, and they even included a Japa Mala and Shivling with my order, which was such an unexpected and meaningful surprise. 🥹🙏🏼

I was very excited wearing rudraksha. I searched many websites, many places for authentication of rudraksha and finally I reach at nepa rudraksha. They have rarest beads and available in sizes. Price is obviously high than others but authentication of it and original arun vally, x-ray certificate and Life time garrenty is good for us.

I appreciate to nepa rudraksha for authentication of it and good quality and service.

Thanks for nepa rudraksha 🙏🏻
