This company seems to be completely in it for the profit, not helping people. They made the device non reusuable so you needed to pay for it each time (~$100 for 18 treatments), the costs have consistently gone up for years. At this point I have spent over $6000 on their devices to use, needing new ones sent rather than a one-off payment like other migraine devices.
And now they have finally made the device resusable/rechargeable, the price has gone UP again, despite the fact they now just need to send you stickers in the post.
I am extremely disappointed that now it is a resuable they are charging even more, and there is not the option of the old bundle price. For people on disability the cost of these devices repeatedly is significant, and the company does the opposite of try to help.

El problema no es el aparato, sino la atención al cliente. Compré un nerivio hace 8 días, en teoría te lo envían en 48h, según dicen en su web, pero no ha llegado. Llamé esta mañana a las 10 y a las 15h y no obtuve respuesta útil alguna, no movieron un dedo por solucionarlo. Puse una reclamación por mail y sin respuesta también. Para ser un dispositivo médico y costar 249 euros 18 dosis, la atención al cliente es absolutamente vergonzosa, no están a la altura de lo que venden.

Most of the time it barely works. The last time I used it the power fluctuated and I barely felt it. Often it doesn't touch the headache. It is really just an expensive tens machine. I called to complain about the power fluctuation and was told I didn't place it right or sometimes you have to really raise the strength, etc. They placed the blame on me directlly.
