Easy access to a previously unavailable to the public form of investment. There is competition to invest and opportunities rapidly get fully allocated. The security packages in place reflect what would be expected with larger commercial lenders. Ultimately you can use your own efforts to review the transaction (from the Nester Portal) and decide it the individual opportunity being offered is comfortable for you.

Been a member since November 2024 with my first investment in the same month.
Received & receiving profits on time, once a investment comes to an end capital is paid back into wallet immediately. Withdrawal of funds into bank account is simple and happens immediately. Only wish more properties/investments available
