Hi Albert,
After several attempts reaching out (phone/email) we have unfortunately been unable to contact you to rectify this issue.
Due to this we have now issued you have refund and regret that we were not given the chance to correct and rectify this issue between us.
Reason for your issues on this order are below -
The couriers attempted delivery twice and provided photo's on both occasions... but because they were taken of different shops fronts with what we are guessing are residential flats above; they were unable to correctly locate you.
We would have required address confirmation (Maybe by confirming what is the correct retail shop name) and confirm the best time to deliver as both had shutters closed in the photo's taken by the driver.
Again I apologises for the issues you had on this order and regret we were unable to solve this issue for you.
But without any further communication from yourself it has been impossible to do so.
