The presenter was concise and informational

This was very inforative

The session had just enough information that I will probably use what I learned to set up text box/quick parts or a style. Any more information would have been too much.

The webinar was great. Didn't give it a five for two reasons. 1 it moved too fast so you either need to present less or make the webinar longer. 2 the presenter was difficult to understand.

Good info...just lots of it at a fast pace. Hopefully I can use the things taught enough times for it to stick with me.

Adebayo Norman was our class instructor, and he was patient, articulate, and professional throughout our three day training class. loved the classes just felt like they were to short for the amount of information being given. Also more hands on is always appreciated.

The webinar on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) was the perfect primer / refresher course as part of my study efforts toward the CISM. The presenter was knowledgeable, obviously skilled, and also had the ability to keep to a high level so as not to lose the less technical among us. the slides are useful study aids. I may very well recommend that part of this course be used in training some of our management.

On the flip side, I had filled out both the webinar registration and the survey immediately following the webinar that I was not interested in being sold additional courses yet I received a call the following day (yesterday) that was beyond belief. The caller didn't know his script and didn't seem to have the language skills to go away from the script either. He didn't seem to understand that "no, thank you" means no. I am usually polite and understand that sales are part of the deal with webinar attendance but this one wouldn't take no, or seem to understand he had no hope of selling me study courses for an exam I'm taking in two days' time.

Excellent overview and I look forward to attending more.

My only reason not to give five stars is wanting more detailed and in depth. So if you were wanting to scratch the surface it was great. I am not well versed in the subject matter and would like to understand more.
