I have used NetNerd (previously known as FreeVirtualServers) for several years. Their web hosting is great value, with all the features I need and more. Support tickets are always responded to promptly, often within the hour, and resolved as soon as technically possible thereafter - sometimes in minutes.

We had a problem with our email on a Saturday. I raised a support ticket and they got back to me within 30 mins - really helpful and resolved the issue. Recommended.

I've been using this company in various guises since I built my first site many, many years ago. Every time that I have asked for help it has been given in double quick time and any problems that I have created have been resolved without quibble.
I won't be going anywhere else.
