I had an issue with emails not being received. I opened a ticket and within 15 minutes SPF and DKIM were set up on my account and the issue resolved - thanks to Saranya 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Until a year or so ago I was happy with previous hosts (tso) but recently product and support went downhill in a big way. I knew about NetNerd as they were hosting another site of which I took over the admin. The price is great and the support while I have been transferring sites and domains across has just been out of this world fantastic, both in response times and usefullness. The speed of the site loading has increased, the price has gone down and I'm a very happy bunny. I imagine you would be too.

Took a while to explain what it was that i needed but as usual, Support got me there. Former employee changed the name servers to cloudflare without authorisation and we didnt know until we tried to correct a mail issue. Initially support were not able to assist but with a bit of pressure (move the domain!) it was done in 2hours.

Rarely need to call on support but when I do it's always a very helpful, quick and positive experience, and has been for years now. Highly recommend
