Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this company. When it arrived we were firstly disappointed to find that it was not the dress advertised, missing much of the detailing through the bodice from the dress advertised.

The second thing we noticed was was that the quality and finish of the dress we were sent was awful, with trailing loose threads, the fabric on the strap fraying where it had not been stitched and the elastic along the top of the top of the bodice having been sewn in such a way as to be poking through a hole in the netting. These faults in my mind meant that the dress was unwearable for my daughter’s formal prom event.

I raised these concerns immediately with the company only to be told that they did not consider these small fabric imperfections to be damage but agreed I could return the dress, at my own expense, to an address in China. I had bought this dress thinking I was dealing with with a UK company so was surprised to learn they were in fact Chinese (it appears that they ship to a point in the UK and then label the package in the UK to support this impression).

When I disputed having to pay for the return of a dress due to faults in their manufacturing and quality assurance, they pointed that these were their advertised terms and conditions but offered me the alternative of keeping the dress for a 30% refund stating these were my only options. As the dress is only fit for the bin given the faults it arrived with and as the return window is only 14 days from the date of delivery I have had to arrange to post it back at my own expense.

I suspect the return shipping times to China will exceed the 14 days they allow and they will now use this as a reason to not refund my purchase … watch this space.

I bought the Connie Gown Maxi Dress in Navy for my wife. I had to wait a really long time because it was a pre-order. But when it arrived, my wife was really happy and wanted to shop there herself she ended up buying two more dresses. I recommend this shop if you want to treat your wife it’s also very affordable ;)

I did an order for 2 hoodies on October 4, 2025, and to this day there are not even any updates, only a notification that my order has been processed.

Avoid avoid avoid! The dress that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. The style, the colour and the material were completely different from the image advertised. When I contacted customer services, despite having an address in the UK, I was informed that I had to return the item to China at my own cost in order to receive a refund.
Despite the fact the dress was completely missold.

Resell Shein clothing, quality is rubbish, make you pay for returns and dont align with their policy. Do not buy from them! I WILL be making a TikTok about them too

Buyers beware. Products are low quality, fake and badly constructed. One of the items purchased claimed to be Zara look alike in design. The quality, design and missing contrast stitchings were so bad. It goes into trash immediately.

Sent me a dress that was not as described (it was fit for a child and not an adult in terms of length) looked nothing like the photo. Refused to refund. Having to claim via my bank. Awful!

The quality of Nevala’s dresses really surprised me. I ordered the Petra Maxi Dress for a wedding, and the fabric feels soft and premium nothing like fast fashion. The stitching and details are well done, and the color looks exactly like it did online. I got so many compliments! You can tell they put effort into their designs. Definitely recommend if you want stylish dresses without overpaying.

Just received my Helen Maxi Dress and it’s honestly stunning! The quality is unreal for the price thick, flattering, and not see-through at all. It arrived nicely packaged and I wore it straight away. Got so many compliments 😭✨ Shopping with Nevala has been such a good experience, everything felt effortless. 10/10 recommend! 🙌💗

SCAM!!! Biggest scam and trust pilot needs to start getting people writing fake and misleading review.
That they write Nevala .co.uk when they are not is their first fraud!
Product quality is appalling!!! Wouldn't clean my floor with it. Won't waste time sending item back to China to get store credit knowing I will NEVER buy off them EVER again!
Pls be warned.... they are a fraud . DO NOT believe the fake reviews written by fake customers .. don't fall for this scam, scumbags !

Placed my first order on the 2nd Dec, shipping to the UK.

Intl shipping was advertised in multiple places on the website as free. It was not free. I was charged for shipping.

Shipping isn't updated until the 3rd. When going on to the update, there is no update: it hasn't dispatched.

Still by the 8th, there is no dispatch.

Am I still to believe this will reach me well in time by Christmas, as per the checkout window said? I have my doubts. This will be another parcel lost in the post no doubt.

Edit: 10 days in, still no tracking information. Nevala customer service got in touch to say it is in transit but have no intel beyond that.

Edit: 13 days later with 0 tracking available and much anxiety, the order did arrive. The “XS” sparkle sheer blue gloves I purchased look nothing like the photo and they hang off the wrist like a size L. Weirdly they came with a dress I did not ask for which concerns me - clearly they sent me a random matching XS dress when I tried to purchase XS gloves and both look super cheap and not like the photos. Waste of time. Do not recommend this company.
