I paid them over £100 for same day translation of vital documents from English to French, and they weren’t contactable and my documents didn’t arrive as agreed or when required. Strongly considering legal action against them.

Still waiting for my paper copy of translated documents which ive ordered on 12th of December. Also their "stamp" is not acceptable by Polish laws so absolutely useless. Not recommended.

The service was very quick and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating too in that we asked for a couple of minor changes, which were done without delay.

Good and precise communication and fairly quick in responding back with the relevant information. Will use their service again.

- I used Newcom two times, both times they delivered within the time they estimated. (However very late in the evening e.g. 8pm)
- Then I had the opportunity to ask for corrections, which took them an average of 1.5 days to come back to.
- overall I am very pleased with the services and would do it again.
- Cross-checking with a native English speaker the translation, we did find each time small things that didn’t sound natural, however what I really liked was that they accepted a variety of formats and tables and managed to keep the design of the table.

I used Newcom Translation for translating my visa documents, and I was satisfied with the accuracy and quality of their work. The translations were well-done and met my requirements.

However, the promised delivery time was not met, and I had to follow up a couple of times to receive the files. While the team was polite and responsive, I hope they can improve their delivery timeliness in the future.

Overall, I appreciate their effort and would consider using their services again if needed.
