I have had to use Newcom for a divorce, and to translate my wedding certificate from Greek to English .they also had to write two seperate documents of authentication on top with no added cost. They answered my emails quickly and were incredibly helpful .I would highly recommend to anyone .

Jargon was incorrectly translated (but google translate got it right). Bad customer service.

I have got the draft translation quite quickly the final certificated translation has been sent by email after 72h and 10 emails. No fast service at all. I will avoid in the future!

I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately there is no such option.
Before making the payment, I made it very clear that I would need the translations in hand before Wednesday, as the court process would take place on Wednesday morning. However, I didn't receive the translation before Wednesday and I never received it in my hands, it's been more than 1 month. Because the deadline has passed, I no longer need these documents, I have already missed the deadline due to the company's lack of professionalism, so I want a full refund, as I paid for a service that was not done on time and was not completed by today, as I never received it by post.

Great and friendly services. I have used translation services from them many times and recently I ordered another translations, I forgot to attach one if my document, I requested via email and they accepted and included that missing document straight away. 1000% recommended

Scammers. Chancers. Had a birth certificate translated from Slovak to English. The draft translation was littered mistakes. Totally unusable. Aside from the mistakes, there was no legal authentication of the document. Zero communication back when requested to correct mistakes and provide legal translator certification. AVOID they will take your money and run!!!!

We have requested for Romanian - English translation of a marriage certificate which, all went well until I received the first draft. There were over 10 mistakes including typos and the translation was awful . An intern would have translated that better! Once pointed out the mistakes I received another version with still more mistakes and was promised a refund which I am still waiting for. Do not use this company, it is very incompetent and won't refund you!!!

Newcom Translation responded very quickly to my enquiry and the price they quoted was very reasonable. A mistake on the draft was quickly rectified and things that they found unreadable, amended.
Overall very happy with the service and will use again.
