I have been extremely satisfied with the service I receivd from New Era. I never had any issues and they took very good care of my finances.

Have only been in the program a year and a half and all my debts are settled. All the people I interacted with have been friendly, professional and did not in any way make me feel bad about having to take this step. They all went out of their way to make sure i succeeded in the program. I would give ten a 10 star

New Era is a company I highly recommend at a time when you have a financial crisis and need they're help they were great being able to deal with humans is the best part ther was never a time when I couldn't call Nicole and she would solve my problem at a time when you are talking to A I or a computer it is refreshing to do business with people everyone on the staff and in the law firms made things simple for me I thank them all for all they're efforts

They took the time to understand my situation, create a plan that was affordable and on target with my desire to get the best possible terms with each of my creditors, and will have debt free in less time than originally anticipated. There were some tough negotiations along the way, but they didn't cave to the hardball play that a lot of agencies play. Don't give your creditors any more information than they are legally entitled to, and trust me, they are not entitled to much more than your name and address.

Easy to use greg was great

I enrolled over $50k of debt with New Era and 4 years later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Debt can easily become all-consuming and ruin your mental health. From the moment I signed on I felt supported, not judged, by the entire team. Not to sound too dramatic, but the relief I felt from not having to deal with constant collection calls, as well as the stress of juggling multiple bills and due dates while living paycheck to paycheck, was life-changing. Excellent experience

In less than one year and a half of signing up with New ERA Debt Solutions, I have settled all of my debts. This is an amazing feeling, and a huge relief off of my shoulders. I now can see the light and know exactly when I will be debt free. I would like to give a big thank you to both Cecy and Jason for explaining all of the figures and doing all of the negotiations with my creditors. i started at New Era with Gerry , she had me believing in her and the company from the get go . she was patient , helpful , professional and also very caring . unfortunately she passed away and Jason was my new representative for NEDS . He has been equally great working with me . end result is that i have finished with the program and have saved a ton of money and New Era delivered on all stated goals . honestly this company and Gerry and Jason have been tremendous and i would 100% recommend them .
