Fantastic haven for all things hostas and ferns. Never having shopped with them before i was nervous about spending several hundred pounds on 15 hostas. And oh gosh!! How wonderful they are. Each hostas is picture perfect of health, wonderful colours and great size of growth on them. Pot size is good and very very securely packed in plastic bags to stop soil and bark flying everywhere then each placed into firm cardboard and a strong overall box. The prices were fair and there are plenty of photos to wet the appetite,however, the colour balance on the mobile phone or camera is not set properly so some of the colours are not true to source, they look more yellow in the photos. Checkout was simple and communication was very good, all things considered with their recent hardships, which i find remarkable and deep grateful. If i ever need more hostas or ferns this will be my first stop. If you are questioning whether to buy or not, just do it and enjoy these wonders. Thank you.

Ordered 5 large/giant hostas from this company. The pictures on the website looked great. When they arrived I was very disappointed as Hostas are normally sold as small clumps. Instead I received one individual stem for each of the 5 varieties and to make it worse they weren't even rooted. They were single stems flopping around in new soil. I paid between £12 - £18 each for these hostas, and expected more than a single bare root stem.
For comparison at the weekend I bought some giant hostas from Local nurseries for less money and these were well established clumps. I don't understand how an online company with less overheads can charge more for less product.
It would be helpful to provide 'ACTUAL REPRESENTATIVE PHOTOS' of the plants customers will receive on the website, rather than pictures of big healthy clumps for promotional purposes.
On a positive note - they were exceptionally very well packaged
