The best service I have witnessed! Web-chat help throughout the purchase flawless!

This is a great shop. We usually visit in person and always find the staff helpful and knowledgeable, but this was the first time I had ordered online from them. Service was really good, product was despatched quickly and I was kept up to date.

Excellent customer service, they go the extra mile to help source any equipment or clothing.
Swift delivery, definitely have that personal touch which I love.
Highly recommend

Great product. Great price, great friendly communication and quick delivery. What’s not to like.

Amazing service and selection of cricket gear. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Incredible service as always. Purchased cricket equipment and was unsure of sizing; store owner couldn’t have been any more helpful…
Tried items on herself, shared their exchange and refund policy and secured items that were showing as out of stock.
First class service, thanks so much.

Proper sports shop
Order was ready when they said

Very friendly staff, always happy to help.
The shop is small but has a good range of cricket gear, which is why I go there.
We order our team wear from them which is excellent quality and very good prices.

Great to see a local friendly store. Fantastic selection of hockey equipment and professional advice given over the range of equipment to ensure my daughter got the right hockey stick suitable for her ability. This will be our go to store for my daughters sports equipment.

Excellent service and delivery. I needed assistance on sizing and this advice was friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from this company. They went above and beyond to assist me with my enquiry. Definitely recommend

Excellent service! Friendly and very helpful! Recommended!

The owners have wealth of cricket knowledge and a great selection of products. They were very helpful and friendly. They even entertained my nerdy cricket chat.
Awesome bats awesome people and even had time to talk about my hometown in South Africa.
Thank you for looking after us so well and we will definitely be back!

I ordered rugby boots for my son via the website and it arrived 2 days later in London. Fast and efficient service.

Amazing service from Amanda & Peter throughout. It is always difficult to order a bat online but they made it seamless and took time to get the specific weight and balance I required to offer a really personalised service. Really like to support independent stores and the IXU range is brilliant! Couldn’t recommend
highly enough, I will be back.

Excellent range, excellent service

I visited this independant sports shop to purchase some thermal base layers and sports gloves for my kids. Customer service was great as was the quality of the products offered. I would definately recommed, its well worth a visit.
