An inconsistent and varied experience
I contacted New Life Teeth because of their high rating, good quality and good value, according to reviews. They were responsive and in particular the Treatment Coordinator Jamie was very helpful although it seemed somewhat stretched in the role, with responsibility for a large number of patients.
I went for an assessment and was given a plan and quoted a price, which I was happy with. I took out a 0% finance plan, recommended by NLT. Diary dates were agreed for my treatment.
I was then asked to return for a further assessment and following this visit my plan and the price changed significantly. It seems that the surgeon who developed my original plan and the price was then overruled by another surgeon. The price difference between the original and revised plan was around £7,000.
The fact that I had what I understood to be a thorough and definitive assessment and it was agreed and locked in to the extent that I took out a finance plan and dates were scheduled and then it was significantly changed was, to say the least, problematic. If the revised plan was the correct approach for my dental needs, this is what I should have been quoted from the outset.
I chose not to proceed with the revised plan, not just for reasons of the significantly increased cost.
NLT present as a professional and patient focused clinic and their approach is responsive. Unfortunately, in my experience they fell down significantly on the assessment and plan and the extent to which this changed.

Fantastic Outcome - New Teeth, New Life !
I began my journey to get my lower arch bridge in Feb 26 with the 1st free assessment appointment (had my upper done elsewhere in 2016). This company has all the latest up to date equipment which is amazing compared to 10 years ago. The dental surgeon I had was called Louis Decadt who I can only praise very highly for his expertise, skills and patience. In fact all the staff here are excellent from my experience. I had no pain during any of my appointments bearing in mind I had circa 10 teeth out at the 1st surgical appointment in May. I had virtually no swelling, no bruising whatsoever but I guess everyone is different. The end result was achieved in under 8 months on 5th October and I can safely say it was a stress free, streamlined, totally professional experience. They deserve a 5* rating for all the reasons above and more. So just give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend New Life Teeth in Belfast. From my very first consultation right through to the completion of my treatment, the whole experience has been excellent.
Every step of the way was explained by Clare. Clare gave me dates and times of all the treatments and was able to explain them fully.
As someone who has a genuine fear of the dentist, I felt listened to, reassured and genuinely cared for. From the first consultation to the end everything was explained clearly, I felt comfortable asking questions and as I said listened to. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming throughout. My dentist Jack and his team were fantastic!
The day of the surgery was...to be honest, I can't remember 😂. You are given sedation and when it's over you think you have only been there for an hour! They play music of your choice, it's quite relaxing. You are sent home with the appropriate medication and you are well informed about the after care. I followed the after care instructions fully and I never had a problem.
The care and attention to detail I received from the entire team was outstanding. They supported me every step of the way and made what could have been a daunting experience feel much easier and more positive.
I am absolutely delighted with the end result and, most importantly, with the confidence it has given me. I cannot thank the team at New Life Teeth Belfast (Jack Dixon and team)enough for everything they have done.

About 4 weeks ago, I went in for surgery for my all in 6 implants in New Life Teeth Manchester. The procedure went a lot better than I expected as I was nervous before hand. The pain was almost non existent and the work was carried out perfectly and professionally. The staff did an exceptional job of calming my nerves which was great. During and after the surgery, the staff kept asking if I was ok and relaxed. I left the clinic with only my temporary set but gained so much confidence with how my new smile looked, I already can’t wait to get back in for my permanent forever smile.

honestly don’t know where to start when it comes to describing my experience with New Life Teeth Belfast. Having my full mouth transformed with implants was a huge decision, and naturally I had so many worries and questions before I started.
From the very beginning, I felt listened to, supported and reassured. The team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole journey. They explained everything clearly, looked after me every step of the way and made what could have been a very daunting experience feel so much easier.
Getting my implants was life-changing. There were difficult moments along the way, and getting used to my new teeth took some time, but I can honestly say it has been worth it. I now have a smile I feel so much more confident about, and I can smile without constantly worrying about my teeth.

As far as I’m concerned there couldn’t have been a better experience from start to finish from what can only be described as a truly life changing procedure.
I cannot imagine a more professional team out there than the staff at NLT Manchester
For the first time in too many years I care to mention I have rediscovered not only a smile but also the chance to renew my self confidence which disappeared from the first day of loosing my natural teeth and having to wear dentures.
