I’ve been a newmind customer for several years, and despite my long history of purchasing the various compounds used in my research, I continue to be impressed with this company. Their products are top quality, which is to be expected from any business that caters to the scientific research community. What has impressed me the most, and what sets this company apart from the rest, is the level of customer service demonstrated at each and every interaction. Time and time again the customer service team has bent over backwards to ensure that everything goes perfect, and that orders are delivered correct and on time. Based on the multiple interactions I’ve had with them I can easily say that Leo, and the newmind customer service team, have literally set the standard for the very highest level of customer service available.

Newmind truly is #1 in terms of pricing of products that involve laboratory research. Not only that but their product purity is top notch and the customer service is unbeatable. Trust new mind most definitely.

I have been ordering researching compounds for scientific inquiry from Newmind for at least 3 years now. There is no other research compound company out there that can compare to Newmind. All of their products are diverse, lab tested, come with an authentic Certificate Of Analysis (C.O.A.), neatly/professionally packaged, and shipped out IMMEDIATELY upon ordering. One of the best parts about being a regular client of theirs is that you will be rewarded with many discounts automatically at checkout without even having to enter coupon codes (for example, I get a bronze level discount at checkout automatically since I have ordered so much over the years), and regardless of whether you are a regular client or not, their is always someone to help when you call (shout out to my boy Leo!) and they don’t mind helping you out. It makes no difference if you are calling about your 1st order or your 100th order, you will be treated the same (with respect) either way and I am telling you from experience by virtue of doing business with them for 3 years now. You can tell when someone is being sincere and when someone is not. These guys are truly sincere and deserve all of the success they have!

Hands down the best reagent/raw material vendor based in the US. Customer service is the best I've ever dealt with, all other businesses included. They answer inquiries almost immediately, and those answers are helpful every time. Newmind is the only raw material vendor I'd suggest to any one doing R & D or formula development, and relies on sample purity.

I have had the good fortune creating a very satisfying relationship with Newmind since 2016. In my opinion, they are absolutely number one in 'getting the job done'. My experiences have always been with kind, knowledgeable, and humanistic people.

Excellent customer service as always!!! I had a problem with one of my orders and Newmind responded in less than 2 hours with a solution to my problem. They are always quick to respond and very accommodating. They never cease to amaze me with their top notch customer service! Great Product and even better customer service. Been a long time customer over 3 years now and they've always been great. I've ran into a few issues over the years and customer service has always been top notch and gone above and beyond to solve any issue I have. I NEVER write reviews, this is probably the only one I've written in over 5 years but this company is great and they deserve it.

Newmind's customer service is incredibly fast to respond and very helpful.

I've been a customer for a year now and I was having trouble checking out that I never had before. I sent an email to customer service then forgot about it because I'm not used to receiving such quick service at other establishments. Literally a couple minutes I received a reply and they quickly helped me figure out what was wrong and how to fix it.

Poor product discolored and chalky. And the product is over priced.. Their product quality has really gone down hill.... I would never suggest anyone to purchase anything from them.

This company sucks. My daughter and her boyfriend overdosed and almost died.Why are they selling products that are supposed to be just for research not for human consumption?Going to report this company.Have a great day knowing someone almost died but you don't care it's all about money.

First things first - I have not placed an order with NewMind yet, but I am keen to say that if you take a look around the net, you shall find that NewMind has nothing but good things heard about their quality of service.

However, I would also like to comment on the superior customer-employee interaction that NewMind has. We had some troubles going through the application process, which of was mostly my fault and I am safe to say that I did not feel unwelcome or aggravated. Leo, the person with whom I spoke was very considerate and kind, timely and accurate - he helped me with all of the risen issues and provided withe necessary guidance to complete the process.

If you are having second thoughts on finding a company to acquire research chemicals for your study, analysis or other purpose - I hereby tell you to look no further.

I will be reviewing the shipping, packaging and quality of product to better create an image for NewMind, which I have no doubt will live up to its reputation.

You Pee Ess lost my package and the folks at newmind were very proactive in locating my package, and then shipping out a replacement with overnight shipping without me asking.
