Good costumer support!

App was not made according to my personal preferences, but it was still a good experience. Costumer support is 5Stars and refund was issued immediatly upon request. Take a look might suit you

Not enough detail or structure...

The AI course looked promising, but after I signed up I found the course material to be mostly summary-level. I had hoped for more detailed, structured lessons. There were certainly some worthwhile ideas and general direction, but I decided to cancel after only a couple of hours. Customer service was very prompt in refunding the $39 that I paid for the course.

Knowledgable, Good company and good price point for what they do!

Nexera, great support

We had ordered one of Nexera AI training course but then decided to cancel the order 10 days later without starting the course.
Nexera were most helpful with this cancellation request and even thought all the communications were done via email they are extremely fast with their response and support.
They have resolved the issue fast and to our full satisfaction, so many thanks Nexera support team.
Nexera defiantly provide peace of mind when it comes to support and solutions.


We ordered one of Nexera AI's training courses but decided to cancel our order 10 days later, before starting the course.

Value for this app is missing. Free Tutorials and youtube videos are much more helpful. This app is taking advantage of unexperienced users unfamiliarity with AI

I initially had a disappointing…

I initially had a disappointing experience because I expected a German-language AI course based on the German advertising and onboarding, but after purchase I found that the content was in English. I also felt that the subscription and additional purchase structure could have been clearer.

However, I contacted the Nexera support team and they handled my case professionally. First they cancelled the subscription and refunded the subscription fee, and after reviewing my concerns again, they also refunded the AI Prompts Library purchase as a goodwill gesture.

While I still think the product presentation should be clearer, I appreciate the fair and customer-oriented support response. Therefore, I am giving 4 stars.

This vendor is one of the better ones. Attentive to your needs and willing to work with you and make your stay with them both productive and profitable.

AI scam for repeat payments.

Paid for a one-off course and have found three months later that they've been charging my account NZ $90 a month ever since. I requested a full refund of all extra money paid and they've refused.

In addition when I try and go on the app to do my first month of training it asks me for more payments - when I've already paid. So firstly I can't do a months training at all and secondly you continue to charge me when I signed up for one month only.

This is illegal trading so don't go with Nexera as they are dishonest and deceitful. BE CAREFUL! This is an AI scam

I paid for what looks like a good…

I paid for what looks like a good learning/teaching course only to discover (as I was about to start the course.) this is only for Apple products not Android or Windows therefore I have paid for something that for me is unusable......And its very hard to find out where one can access ones refund. I guess we start with my bank!

Nexera actually made a real difference for me

Honestly, I breezed through the course with zero stress. I always thought AI was complicated, but Nexera explains everything so simply — from the basics to the advanced tools.
