Very poor customer service. Ordered AM for next day delivery. Got a call at 6pm stating that order may not leave due to courier having let them down. Order didn't arrive so had to order from elsewhere. I informed them that I wanted to cancel and had very argumentative discussion with customer service. When order arrived it had shipped from Hong Kong and not UK as website states. I received numerous excuses as to why they couldn't process a return. In the end I gave up and decided that I would keep the order as I had lost confidence.

I've been asked again for a review on my experience, first time it was an R5 order when they was pretty scarce to get a hold of and only on pre order with my local supplier many years ago. That's when I first came across this site. This time I ordered an R1 in an attempt to upgrade my set up and years later same quick service faultless really.

I’ve used Next Day Deal before and found them to be very good. In this case there was a delivery issue but NDD did a great job chasing down the problem, keeping me informed and dealing with the courier. The customer service and communications were first class.

Canon r1 best price I could find available in U.K. delivered on the promised next day service and was safely packaged. Cannot really ask for more. Very pleased and happy to recommend to anyone who wants the latest and greatest with best prices without waiting weeks on weeks and worrying the entire time.

After first ordering my camera, DPD lost it and we were in constant communication with Sarah from Customer Support. She answered our emails very promptly and also at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. She kept me informed of what was happening and arranged for a replacement camera to be sent out to me which arrived yesterday without any issue. Sarah went above and beyond to keep me calm and reassure me as to what was happening. I have asked questions and had answers and it's been no issue or trouble at Sarah's end. Customer Support has been excellent from every point of view.

The service and value for money that next day deals offer is excellent. The delivery time is totally Amazon like and I’m surprised isn’t the default for all online shops. Fortunately I have had no issues with the items I've purchased and therefore can't comment on the after sales service. I can't think of any areas that next day deals could improve.

I am thrilled that I moved over from buying from Canon to Next Day Deal, particularly on a long deliberated purchase of the R52, as I have saved a considerable amount of money and can buy more lenses with the spare cash. I highly recommend this company and have no concerns in respect of any warranty issues, in 29 years of photography I have never had a fault with a Canon product, but I have no doubt that if there was an issue, Next Day Deal would repair/replace under their warranty, as if they didn’t, they would lose their credibility as a business. Looking to upgrade my Nikon d7100 so did some research and found Nextday deals. Wasn't sure but trusted this website for reviews. Got a great deal on a new Nikon Z50ii kit! So went with it. Ordered Friday afternoon so arrived wed morning. Well packaged. But one of my lenses had a rattle inside so called them and sent an email. Daniel called me back in 15 minutes explaining that it's normal for those lenses as its the VR set up with Nikon. I was not aware. Checked and it's on Nikon website too. After purchase (which was a very good price) I realised I had recorded the wrong post code, we moved house recently) your customers service operative was very helpful explaining in detail how to rectify this and explaining why the actions were necessary, I repeated the purchase (very easy process) and your operative even started the process to refund the money for the initial purchase, this showed professionalism and understanding

On the recommendation of a friend, I bought a Canon R5 mk2 and a Canon 24-105mm lens, from Next Day Deal. They were both very competitively priced, and arrived on time. I'm very happy with the items and the service provided by Daniel.
