I had an extremely disappointing experience ordering steel from this company.

My order was processed incorrectly, and instead of receiving the item I actually ordered, I was sent something I never ordered and had no use for. After numerous phone calls trying to resolve the issue, I was assured that the incorrect item would be swapped. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he claimed he had other deliveries to make and simply left without completing the exchange.

To make matters worse, I was promised a refund, but I still haven’t received it. I was told they couldn’t refund me until their supplier refunded them first, which is not my responsibility as a customer.

I’ve had to call around 10 times to chase this up, and the communication has been consistently poor. Overall, the customer service has been unprofessional, the order handling was completely incompetent, and the lack of follow-through has made this a very frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

It was 5star service from start to finish. Ordered 10am one day and delivery next day by 5pm. Could not ask more. Thank you .

The delivery was on time as arranged and the driver was excellent, very helpful and friendly. They lose a star though because one of the mesh sheets was damaged and I will need to straighten it out and weld up one of the bars that has been ripped free of half of its welds.

Everything was easy! Ordering, scheduling and delivery arrived on time.

Great service, good value and quick. But it was very difficult to find their Enfield collection point at Kiln Farm.
Now I know where they are I will use them again.
