Please save your money and do not use them. I made the purchase $200, you get $100 for AEP leads, so $300 total. Bids starting at $15. If you have been buying leads in Medicare, you know you can get pretty decent leads for $35. I set my bids to $35 and received no calls. I then changed it to $50, still no calls. I asked them why I am receiving no calls, and was told I am being outbid at $100 per call! That would mean I would only receive 3 leads, if that, because I would have had to have gone above $100 to win the bid. Definitely not worth it!

NextGenLeads is a SCAM. They sell fraudulent data leads of Medicare which doesn't exist. Every lead I received was fake, disconnected, or for a person who never existed. Their refund algorithm claims are lies and support refuses to take responsibility. This is stolen money — don’t sign up. Stay far away. They are a complete fraud

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We signed up for their 90% “accuracy guarantee.” Our experience was nowhere close.

We received 70 leads. After attempting to contact each one:
• Only 52 were reachable.
• 36 clearly stated they had no interest in moving or any plans to do so.
• 4 had already moved.
• 2 were possibly moving within 12 months.
• 2 said a move might happen, but with no timeline.
• 7 had no requirements at all.
• Only 10 included the correct contact person.

We provided Next Gen with all of this detailed feedback. Their primary response was that their “90% accuracy guarantee” only refers to identifying companies that are moving or planning to move, not to the level of interest or timing, and that responsiveness is dependent on our follow ups.

That makes no sense. If 36 companies explicitly told us they have no plans to move, how can they claim that falls within a 90% accuracy guarantee based on identifying companies… that are planning to move?

I rarely write negative reviews. We always give companies the chance to put things right first. The lack of accountability here has left us with no other option.

Horrible company with bad cutomer service. You have to constantly contact them to ask questions and no one ever gives you the same answer. They also resell leads. My colleague and I would get the same leads and found out we were quoting the same people and competing with each other using the same service.

I requested quotes from firstquotehealth, which this company owns. They sell leads. I got 90 calls the first day. 12 calls in the first 8 minutes this nightmare started. I have been inundated and am going to have to change my number, it is so bad. This company needs to be sued out of existence.

NextGen is great because of how the lead is exclusive to you at first. As long as you are time efficient, you can reach out to the lead quickly. Two features they should definitely work on, is providing a notification to when you buy a lead. Sometimes it lags and two minutes have gone by before it even shows your bank account has decreased and theres a new lead on the screen. Another thing, I've bought the same lead with different campaigns running, at the same time. That's like a waste of money to me. Why am I outbidding myself? They should figure out a way to where that doesn't happen. My NG Rep, Jeff B is awesome though, he goes above & beyond and checks in with me on a weekly basis! A+ SERVICE JEFF!!

The levels of leads purchased are NOT qualified leads. I am very disappointed.

Very bad leads,i invested $200 got $100 free. I have not got a sale out of any leads, either bad numbers and the ones I did get to talk to was not looking or either had insurance already. Found out can't do returns on all bad leads only 15%. So why do I need you If i want bad numbers i can pull out a phone book and do it myself. I would not invest in this company its a waist of you money and just starting an agency I dont have money to waist.

I have been using NextGen Leads for a few years and they have been my top lead vendor. Consistent performance and they seem to always be on top of industry compliance. Great platform and customer service. Highly recommended to new and seasoned agents.
