The speed in which I got my order was great. It just would be nice if they include the screws needed. While they are easy to pick up at any hardware store it's a bit of a extra hassle to have to go out an buy hardware separately just to use something I've ordered properly.

Getting a wheel from Next Gen was super easy, and the support received from Rob was 5-star. Although my wheel had some issues with shipping, I got lots of support, and Rob made sure everything was right and even offered some LEDs for the trouble. Definitely recommend Next Gen over any other EUC distributor in the US.

It's one thing to mess up, but a whole nother thing to go above and beyond to make it right. There was a simple thing with my previous order and Rob jumped through hoops to make sure that not only was I made right, but that I was able to have a better experience over all. The level of support after the sale is staggering, the genuinely concerned vibes are overwhelming, and every transaction feels like a firm handshake from 1000s of miles away. Great prices, yes. But in the end, the level of commitment is second to none.

Not my first time buying from NGM and won’t be my last. Customer service from Rob is truly top tier. I had a particular situation where I needed multiple different parts delivered for repairs and he had all the parts in stock and shipped them same-day as I needed them. Cant recommend buying from NGM enough.

I have bought 2 EUCs from Next Gen (Extreme Bull Rocket & Nosfet Aeon) and both arrived in a reasonable time and were packaged nicely. I have had a few problems with the Rocket but the customer service has been exceptional. I bought the Aeon to have something to ride while getting problems resolved with the Rocket and Next Gen was sympathetic and discounted the Aeon for me. They have also been a huge help advocating for me w/ Extreme bull on warranty claims. I recommend Next Gen Mobility to anyone in the market for an EUC because they go above and beyond for their customers and are very prompt with replying and getying problems solved.
