Ordered something through Amazon. NHL said the package was with Royal Mail from 31st January. It is now the 8th February. Royal Mail say they are still waiting to receive the package from NHL. Tomorrow is their last and third self set date for this delivery and then and when they fail to deliver I can get my money back and never, ever use them again

She was helpful, polite, exceptionally kind & very competent. In fact she could have been the Sales Manager as she was so professional. She is a credit to her Parents, NHL pharmacy & herself.
