They refused to accept y return which didn't fit. Despite the website saying easy returns AND all clothing can be returned on the product page. Awful people to deal with. I sincerely hope the business fails because I got no sign of humanity from anyone I dealt with.

I wish there was negative rating option. Extremely awful customer service. I ordered a Medium that was more like an 2XL. On returning they deducted nearly £10. Original shipping plus shipping to return. I would never ever order from them again, horrendous service, hard to reach and incorporated. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them.

I’ve had a few nice items of clothes…

I’ve had a few nice items of clothes from nicce, but the last few have been awful. A hoodie that should’ve been medium would’ve fit an xl man, the material quality was awful.
A pair of jeans, I ordered a 32 waist and what come was more like a 36 there were huge again had to return. Which cost me return postage. Then had to pay postage for an item I exchanged.

If I could give NICCE zero stars I…

If I could give NICCE zero stars I absolutely would. Got 2 pairs of joggers from them and 1 pair arrived with the draw string all ruined. Then they have the audacity to ask the customer to pay for the return costs despite the product being faulty to begin with!. Not to mention it taking too long for the return to be approved. When NICCE first onto the scene their products were a high quality. A couple of years down the line and the products have taken a massive nose dive. I won't be shopping with them again.

NICCE = SCAM

The order was placed on the Nicce site on 5.1.2026.
I paid for standard delivery, but it was never sent or received! I've sent emails regarding order number #424656, but received no response! This is clearly a scam!

NICCE trainers

Bought NICCE trainers from TK Maxx. Within less than 2 weeks of just walking the heels had collapsed inside the shoes. Fortunately TK Maxx offered a full refund.

Order cancelled

Decided to order a hoodie , added some T-shirts to the order. Hoodie was cancelled. Waiting on refund for the hoodie but not getting delivery refund. Wish I hadn’t ordered with this company.

Disappointed unlikely to order again

Order placed for a tracksuit set on 29/11/25 and was cancelled and refunded 03/12/25 no explanation or alternative suggestions made, before refund.
Emailed customer service who simply replied with
“Apologies, this is due to the item being out of stock”

Throughly disappointed and will unlikely order directly from Nicce again.

– Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Ordered a top from NICCE and the sizing was completely off — an L fits like a small. Exchanged it and had the exact same issue. I was told to return it for a refund,and Holly from customer service assured me I would receive my refund. It’s now been more then three weeks and I’ve had nothing. No update, no refund, no follow-through.

At this point, I honestly don’t believe I’ll get my money back. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m now considering contacting their CEO directly just to see if that finally gets a response.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with NICCE

I ordered a jacket in size M and received XS because of their system error. Instead of admitting fault, they denied any responsibility, forcing me to buy another in M. When I tried to return the wrong one — only a few days past the 14-day window — they flat-out refused. No apology, no ownership, just rude, robotic replies full of spelling mistakes. Shocking service and zero accountability. Never ordering from NICCE again. Avoid this brand completely.

EDIT BASED ON NICCE RESPONSE: As you should already be aware from all previous correspondence, I placed an order for a size M jacket. When I received the order confirmation showing XS, I immediately notified NICCE that there had been a system error. No accountability was taken for this — instead, the fault was wrongly placed on me.

I then had to purchase another jacket in size M at my own expense. I also submitted a return request for the incorrect item but never heard back from NICCE. Again, this company is wrongly placing the blame on the customer. After following up due to your lack of response, I was eventually told I couldn’t return it because I was a few days outside the return window. That response, incidentally, was riddled with spelling mistakes — another sign of how poorly this case has been handled.

It’s clear this situation hasn’t been properly investigated. The return request was made because of an error in your system, not a customer mistake, and a reasonable concession should have been made. Instead, I’ve been ignored and dismissed.

This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish — no accountability, no professionalism, and no care for your customers.

I expect a proper review of this case and a formal response.

I also have not received a response to my email dated 23 October 2025z

Terrible unorganised company. Terrible untrained customer service representatives. Don’t waste your money.

We have found your order on our system, and from what we can see your first order was an XS. We can also see your second order for a size M.

Unfortauntely we have a strict 14 day returns policy on our products and do request that all unwanted products are returned within that time frame. We cannot see a return request, but given the item was received on 24/09/2025 we would require a return to be requested by 08/10/2025.

Edited 03/11: Hi Arsh, we have responded to you through our customer service platform outlining our reasons for not offering a refund. Once again, we apologise for the communication issues you’ve encountered and will review any potential system errors. However, we must adhere to our returns policy, which requires customers to initiate returns within the specified timeframe. We understand from the conversation with our agent that you have acknowledged this was an oversight on your part.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The most horrific returns service I…

The most horrific returns service I have ever dealt with!!! I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now for items that I returned, paid for a returns label that wasn't sent for ages and now the items have been returned nothing, and now all my emails are being sent back as 'undeliverable'; such a shame as the clothes are great but I will NEVER order from them again!!! I'm out of money and surely it's fraud or just plain theft!!

I have emailed NICCE three times now…

I have emailed NICCE three times now about a query with my order and still no response. This is the first time I have ordered from you and I am not impressed with your customer service. Please can someone contact me about my three orders asap. Orders 416222, 416220 and 416221 and one of the emails I sent to you came back with a response number of 41354. If I do not hear back from you I will be raising this with trading standards. Also do not ask me to email you using your customer service email as you do not respond to this.
