I can only echo the other 5 star reviews posted here. Nick supported me through the recruitment process and boosted my confidence when I was unsure of my abilities. I would not have succeed if it wasn't for his valuable advice. As someone who has worked in the recruitment industry previously, it was very refreshing to come across a recruiter who genuinely cared about their candidate and that went the extra mile to ensure they were supported throughout the entire process. I can not recommend Nick and Niche recruitment strongly enough.

I have dealt with Charli from Niche since October when she approached me for a temporary role. Throughout this role she has been very supportive and helpful in looking for a permanent role for me, which she found and I have just successfully interviewed for. Charli has always regularly communicated with me and has always been so helpful, friendly and approachable - just what you need when you are feeling nervous about interviewing for new roles! Nick and Joanne have also been very helpful and personable when I have spoken to them. Michelle has been an absolute star throughout the process. From the very beginning giving me a really good background on the company and the team, and what they were looking for in the right candidate. She was available to chat to early mornings and evenings, whenever I had a question and has been very helpful, friendly and encouraging.
