Nic pouches is a good site to use
Nic pouches is a good site to use , good prices easy sit to use, however I've not actually received my delivery due to evri being useless . The package was dispatched same day from nic pouches and about a week later I still have not received it and can not get a delivery date from evri. So nice pouches good, their couriers are completely useless.

Cannot fault them! Excellent customer service.
I place an order with NicPouches.com every 4-5 weeks and every experience has been great. The prices cannot be beaten and free next day delivery saves most trips to local shops to spend double per pot when running low.
I had an issue with my most recent order where I added the incorrect postcode as I had ordered to a family member’s address whilst visiting them. After realising, I got in touch with the Team and Ash dealt with my enquiry. He rectified the address issue immediately. Unfortunately due to courier logistics, next day delivery didn’t apply for me (no fault of the company’s) and it did take a few days for the order to arrive. Ash called me after I sent an email enquiry and due to the problem he allocated a monetary credit to my account to use next time. Whilst this delivery issue was nothing to do with Nic Pouches or Ash, the customer service was excellent and went out of his way to provide this service. Exactly the reason I will continue to use these guys.
