Had an issue with evri (suprise suprise) not delivering my order but marking it as delivered anyway, Ash went above and beyond ensuring that a new order was sent out as soon as possible and that I was happy as a customer. Have ordered from Nicpouches several times, always been great. On the most recent occasion the delivery went wrong. Absolutely nothing to do with Nicpouches but their customer service was second to none. Ash went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
