Well made product.

The quality is really poor and it’s really expensive, I think it’s not even worth 1/10 of the price.

I ordered it late januray 2025 (not discounted btw) and it arrived mid february so I think the shipping time they told me was pretty accurate.

THE thing that pissed me off is that I had to pay customs fees and it was not said anywhere. Saddly I will not be purchasing there again.

Unfortunately the customer service was very poor. I contacted them via email immediately after placing the order to say a mistake had been made and we ordered the wrong size, asking nicely to amend the order if possible.

I never received any response, just the over sized goods. The product was also made with a much higher waist band than shown on the picture.

As much as I love the idea of the product, The customer service was appalling and the quality very poor.

My partner loved his boxer fast delivery and easy to order thankyou

Unfortunately not a good experience.
my item arrived unfinished (one boxer leg poorly sown and uneven the other leg not even sown at all) and I'm now still 2 weeks on waiting for my replacement!

Still have not received my order that I placed back in early December. When I placed the order it stated it would arrive before Christmas. 100% inaccurate. Contacted customer support & it was like pulling teeth to get a replacement or money refunded. Supposedly a replacement order had been mailed, but I’ve never received a tracking number that I requested.

Ordered fleece blanket & socks. I, and the recipient of these items are very impressed with the quality of both items. I've ordered printed socks from a different company before and the print very quickly dulled and bled - these however, are washing up fantastic and the picture quality is still sharp, and colour is bright. The ordering process was easy, and delivery was quick - I would definitely use Nifty Gifty again, and recommend to others.

This was my first purchase with Nifty Gifty and was a Christmas present for my son. I found the website easy to navigate, the pricing was extremely good and delivery time was fantastic. The personalised blanket I ordered exceeded my expectations and made my son very happy. I will definitely use again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered in mid November for Christmas gifts and never received my items. Very disappointed.

Promised to be posted within 2 days. Wasnt posted until well over a week later. Refused to answer any emails. Didn't arrive in time for christmas.

Quality product of a face tea towel. Loved by the receiver. Would have been 5 stars but took along time to arrive. However very forgivable at Christmas. Would buy from again.

They look like something you would pick up in a market for £2.99 and they have the cheek to be charging £35 for these?
Yes, I get the fact that they have to get them printed but "just no way!

Plus they sent me the wrong size (even though they said they would send out the right size).

I can't even give them to my partner as a Xmas present anyway. I would feel too embarrassed.

Not to my standards at all!
