Well presented clinic & staff.
I consulted sports therapist who advised me some well informed information regarding an ailment which for years has gradually debilitated me.
Felt as though a steam roller had run over me after visit but pain to gain, defo seems to have helped & if required l will be back ;-)

From walking into the calming and welcoming space, I was looked after and made to feel special. My facial was so relaxing and I was given lots of helpful advice with no pressure to buy certain products. I will definitely go again and recommend!

Friendly and professional staff. Mike was so welcoming which really makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. After the treatment I felt so relaxed. I had the PRX facial with Nikki and can already see an improvement. I have booked in for 2 more sessions and can’t wait to see what else I can book next.

The best facial I've ever had, with Melissa. The techniques and right level of relaxing and massage. Didn't realise there were so many muscles in the face and how tight they can get. Thank you for an amazing experience. Not just for the facial but all round experience in the clinic :) x

Nik makes you feel like you can relax and take that hour or so just to yourself, shes knowledgeable, caring and attentive.
Her understanding of how skin works is unreal and I would not trust anyone else with my skin. We can also have a laugh which just adds even more to the experience.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether it’s for skin, hair, or one of their holistic treatments, you’re always in the best hands. Nic, Mellisa and the whole team make you feel so comfortable and at home – their knowledge is second to none in the business. I also love visiting Ashleigh for my hair; her room is a calm sanctuary compared to other busy salons. So lucky to have this place in Crosby - if you’ve not been yet you’re missing out!

Initial consultation and prescription facial with Niki. Niki was lovely and very knowledgeable. As a devote of facials I cannot recommend this one highly enough, best facial I’ve had with noticeable difference in puffiness. Shall be returning regularly.

Just had a genesis facial with Nik it was great my skin already feels really good. Just booked future daughter in-law in for one as well Then both in for sculpting facial before her wedding,can't wait. Nik is amazing so friendly and knowledgeable absolutely love going to Niks skin.
