I love the products and have been using g them for months but now all of a sudden they have changed their bottle sizes so you’re paying more for less liquid but they email you and write it in a way that sounds like you’re getting a discount when in fact you’re being shafted.

I use to pay £9.50 for 1 litre of washing liquid now they want me to pay £10 for 800ml and they’re telling me because I’m a loyal customer I’ll get 23% off as it’s normally £15 so paying £10 is a discount but not when I currently pay £9.50 for 200ml more it’s not a discount.

Now I’ve asked for a refund they’ve stopped responding.

I wanted to share my feedback on your cleaning product. I have tried many "eco" cleaners in the past that either had an overpowering scent or were ineffective, but this product has truly won me over.

The mint scent is clean and refreshing, and it leaves surfaces spotless. It handles grease, bathroom grime, and kitchen messes easily. I especially appreciate that it is a plant-based, antibacterial formula that works effectively without harsh chemicals.

The product is honestly revolutionary. The Laundry Detergent smells like some of my favourite skincare products, it smells so luxurious and soothing and leaves my clothes and duvet smelling amazing. Like many others, I struggle with Eczema, especially at night on my legs. Since using the detergent and softener, I've not been scratching as much which is a game changer for me. If you want to elevate your laundry game with something that actually cares for your fabrics and skin rather than just "smelling" nice I would highly recommend this!

I made my first purchase after getting an email about their new spring green bottles. The packaging caught my eye so I thought I’d give it a try and ordered the laundry detergent, fabric softener and laundry sheets.

First thing I noticed was the smell. Everything smells amazing, fresh and clean straight out the washing machine.

What really impressed me though was how well it actually works. I had a T-shirt with some stubborn stains under the armpits that my usual supermarket detergents never managed to remove. I tried hand washing it with one of the laundry sheets before putting it in the machine and it finally lifted the stains.

I also have quite sensitive skin and usually get itchy after wearing freshly washed clothes. Since switching to Nimble my skin feels much calmer and my clothes feel noticeably softer.

Really glad I tried it. This will definitely be my new go-to for laundry.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to with Nimble after simply terrible customer service. Such a shame as the product is fantastic - the laundry products are some of the best I've tried (especially for my son's eczema, and the cleaning spray rivals some of the top brands out there) but I am fed up of orders not arriving/arriving damaged/arriving 3 weeks late! No idea what's going on with this company, a shame.

Like others, my fairly substantial order was never received. At least half a dozen emails/messages later, no response whatsoever received. Hands down the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid like the plague.

WARNING! Avoid this company at all costs!! I placed an order on 24th May, it is now 2nd June and order has not been received. After the order was placed I received a confirmation of my order. As I still haven't received an update or the order, In the last couple of days I attempted to check tracking which has to be done through an app called 'shop' and there is still no tracking number, indicating that the item has not even been sent yet. I emailed the company a few days ago and again today. Feeling like something was a bit strange, I decided to check the trust pilot reviews to find that there are dozens of other customers who has also made an order, the money has left their account and yet nothing has been delivered and it has been impossible to contact anyone at Nimble. They have proven that the reviews are accurate because I have had no reply, no response at my attempts to contact and no delivery of the product I ordered, which I have paid for!! I spoke to my bank today who confirmed the money is no longer pending and left my account on 27th, three days after the purchase was made. So, now my bank is investigating and they are going to charge the money back from nimble and put it back in my account. Luckily for me, my bank are able to do this. But this company is robbing people! Do not purchase a thing from them!!

They take your money and don’t send any products or respond to any emails or social media. Can see that it happened to quite a few customers. Be aware, do not order from them! Either scam or poor customer service.

Worst customer service. I made my order on 11th January but never received my product. After having 7 chaser email to their customer service I finally managed get a response back from them acknowledging due to their system error, the product was not sent and they will rearrange to send it. I still have not received or hearing back on my chaser emails on my delivery. Highly disappointing customer service.

Purchased an expensive order on 22 Jan. I have never received it. Upon asking, they told me they were late but would arrive soon. It's been week and nothing. I keep writing and have now stopped answering completely. What an unprofessional company. Stay away! I'll wait another few days and then contact PayPal for a refund!!

Extremely unprofessional company. No one responds to emails. Contact number does not work. Customer service is non existent. There is a contact us form which no one responds to even after 48 hours. I placed an order on 26 January 2024 and had unknowingly subscribed to their product. I placed a very large order so I do not need any more products for another year. On 26 May 2024, 4 months later I receive an email notifying be that an order has been placed automatically and another notification from my bank with the amount deducted. This time the amount is doubled for the very same order(exactly same products) I had placed in January. I emailed customer service twice and filled out the online contact form twice before the item was even dispatched and no one has responded. According to their terms and conditions it states that the order cannot be cancelled if it has already been dispatched. I have contacted them to cancel the order as soon as it was placed and 2 days before it was even dispatched but no one has responded and there is no response from customer service. This order could have been cancelled easily as I had requested this before it was even dispatched. Horrible experience.

I started off with one of the smaller bottles of the laundry detergent and it really helped with my daughter’s skin. I’ve tried countless brands but none of them have had the effect as well as nimble has. It smells beautiful too, we even washed the dogs bed which smells brand new. I’ve just returned and bout a 5L bottle.

I loved this brand and used it on my newborn throughout lockdown and then couldn’t get it. So happy to be able to get it again and the fact everything is plant based gives me piece of mind with my curious toddler. Great products and cleaning performance.

Had a subscription and all of a sudden they cancelled it. I have asked when I can expect my subscription to be resumed, as I assumed that the product was out of stock. A month has gone by and I have had no response, despite numerous chasers. I think they may have gone out of business and not bothered to tell their customers.

Very poor service. They took my money on the 27th April for my subscription. They took the full payment even though some of the items weren’t available. 14th May I am still waiting for my items and a refund for the out of stock items. I’ve tried to contact them and nothing. It is very concerning and unprofessional.
I have now paused future subscriptions and will be shopping elsewhere.

So far taken my money a few weeks ago and given me nothing, not responded to my emails. Nappy Lover is a great detergent but this is not a good experience
