As a carer we were looking for a new bed for one of our client's, from start to finish the whole process was exceptional. Ross (from the Thornton store) who dealt with us throughout was first class nothing was too much bother his knowledge and customer service was excellent from helping choose the correct bed and matress to arranging delivery and keeping us up to date with delivery and checking we were happy after sale, I will definitely be returning when looking to replace my own bed .

The salesman Ross sorted us out with our brand new bed without any issues.
Knew the business and helped us with our requirements.
If your after a new bed why go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from James , who helped us choose the right mattress for us and the suggestion about the pillows really made up our minds . We can’t wait till our new bed arrives . I will post more when I get it delivered. Well worth the money for delivery where it is assembled in the room and the old bed taken away . Was a bit wary of going to a local independent company for something as important as a mattress, but I was really impressed by the knowledge & service I received. I wasn't made to feel rushed into making a decision or pressured into buying the most expensive one either. I was also updated when my order was put through. I am currently waiting on my mattress being delivered & I hope it is as good as the service.

Went into the show room Thornton, no pushy sales told the salesman our budget and what we wanted and he delivered an excellent product.

Brilliant mattress and base, we choose the mattress colour, drawer position etc. and once ordered the delivery came as expected; really happy with the product and will definitely recommend this company.

I went to nimbus with a picture of a bed I liked to see if I could see one better and didn’t expect that I’d be able to get a custom bed similar to the one I’d seen. Absolutely love the bed it is amazing and exactly what I wanted, infact better than I imagined.
