Easy to order. The product was just what I needed. Excellent quality and price.

Would not order from them again. I ordered coffee in November, it estimated 4 working days. I emailed them back and forth as I had not heard anything come December. This went on until last week when they supplied me with a refund. It should not say 4 working days for delivery when I was waiting nearly 3 months to still not get my products.

The product was expensive but it arrived safely and on time.

Very happy with product but it was very expensive considering vision Ireland sell them at €17 but were out of stock and I needed a new one

From start to finish this purchase was a very positive experience. When I enquired about delivery I got prompt and pleasant reply and received it on expected date.

Very easy site to navigate. From adding to basket to being delivered was a seamless experience. Very professional.

What we ordered came on time.

Brilliant Product altogether, have tried many types of insoles , but these by far the best. Have purchased 4 pairs now to date , as I find them so good .
Have advised loads of friends to buy them too
Only drawback - live in Ireland , shipping takes nearly a month , too long
Appreciate your 10 % loyalty bonus , maybe you could increase that bonus to 20% as I intend to buy additional insoles

Great quality Korean Oolong Milk Tea. Balanced favour, absolutely no bitterness.

Terrible experience, will never buy from them again. Item was originally supposed to be delivered before Christmas and it wasn't. I wasn't even shipped before Christmas, it was well after Christmas. Then I had to wait weeks for delivery because it was shipped from US (not mentioned on site) then when it arrived today Jan 15, and its a USA plug, not used in Ireland.

They offered 10% refund or 35% discount. (Discount just gives them more money) But I will not be using them again as this was a terrible experience.

I have asked for a full refund as this was so disappointing for my kid not to have their gift for Christmas. Then not be able to use it when it comes. Am waiting to hear back.

Update: I was provided with 15% partial refund. Not enough IMO. Also please note their reply to these 1 star reviews are all copy/paste replies - that should demonstrate the level of customer care here.

Whilst this website states its Ireland as it has a .ie domain it appears to ship from outside the EU.

I ordered a product on 20th November and it took until 30th Dec to arrive. The product sells in Ireland for €6.75 and was €47.70 on this website which I stupidly took as a multipack based on other Irish website prices ..... then €9.95 for postage so total of €57.65 from a SUPPOSEDLY IRISH SITE for 1 item worth €6.75 here .

Beware as this is misleading.

SCAM Website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Purchased a magnifier for a person with extremely bad eyesight as a Christmas present. Initially got an email and text saying the order was being processed. After a couple of weeks I contacted them as there was no further updates. The order had not been processed and I asked for a refund. They initially offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience or 12% credit to use on their site. Eventually they agreed to the full refund but still no sign of it to my account. Turns out the mails were being AI generated and no one is actually reading them.

I placed my order on 20 November as a Christmas present, with delivery promised by 8 December.
Since November, I have emailed customer service multiple times, and each time I received different and conflicting information about my order status.
On 15 December, I was told that my order had been “successfully shipped and was on schedule.” However, the Aramex tracking clearly shows that only a shipping label was created and that the parcel has not been handed over to Aramex at all. The tracking status has not changed since 15 December.
This is extremely misleading. Saying an order is shipped when it hasn’t even been given to the courier is unacceptable — especially for a time-sensitive Christmas gift.
Due to delays, contradictory communication, and lack of transparency, it now seems very unlikely the order will arrive before Christmas, which completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. Very disappointing experience.I requested a refund, but received no response at all.
I would not recommend ordering from this company if delivery timing matters.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ludicrously exorbitant prices. I had specific requirements, and due to ignorance or deliberate deception, I was assured AND reassured their product conformed to my requirements... which very definitely was NOT the case. I spent weeks emailing to get my money returned. Eventually I was instructed to send the product to their so-called New Jersey warehouse address and I went to the hassle and expense(€73) of doing so. The address exists but the company doesn't have a presence there and the item was returned to me. Just like their so-called Irish "Mailing Address" in Smithfield, Dublin to which I couldn't return the unwanted product.

NineLife Ireland know exactly ALL the details of their pathetic dealings with me, assuming they read my emails between 29 Aug. and 29 Nov. I repeat - I had specific requirements, and due to ignorance or deliberate deception, I was assured AND reassured their product conformed to my requirements... which very definitely was NOT the case. In Irish law I am/was entitled to full refund within 28 days of receiving the erroneous goods. Instead of abiding by the law NineLife made me BS offers of percentages off my next purchases. I continued insisting on my rights and eventually on 25 Sep. they instructed me to send the goods to New Jersey, USA. I spent considerable time and expense doing so, only to have the parcel arrive back on my doorstep on 17 Oct. Ninelife wanted me to waste more time and money resending to the USA! After I wrote an email on 23 Oct. they decided to return my INITIAL outlay (Alleluia!). However, this doesn't compensate for the MANY HOURS I spent emailing back-and-forth or the time and money I expended on sending the goods to USA. I sent a detailed email to NineLife on 29 Nov. in which I explained my grievances, and let them know "I'll be giving your company a scathing online review." Their reply?... "Please let me know what specific information you’re requesting now"!. The following is an excerpt from that email I sent... "With the help of ChatGPT I strongly suspect that, while the warehouse address to which you instructed me to send the parcel is a legitimate address, Handelnine doesn't have a presence there. Just like your Irish so-called "Mailing Address" - your address at Smithfield, Dublin 7 is a legitimate address, but using Google Street View I know the premises is occupied by a Print Copy shop, and when I contacted the owner, he claimed no knowledge of the name NineLife or Handelnine."

Very happy with the Company + product - only sting in the tail was €10 Customs Charge from Irish Revenue before An Post would deliver product to Ireland.
