Will never buy my skin care products from anywhere else, the quality is just incredible. Every NiNi product I’ve bought, I love and works wonders on the skin. My mum and sister now buy all their skincare products from NiNi too. No other brand compares.

Alex and Nicole’s customer service is just amazing. I’ve never known owners who care so much for their customers, and making sure they have a great experience. A few months ago I bought the mystery box for my mum, it had the full size Gaia in it which she was really in need of a refill of. Sadly NiNi had some issues with suppliers and so there was a delay in dispatch. I emailed Alex and Nicole to ask if they could send out the full size Gaia to my mum and just take it out of the box when sending. They couldn’t do this but whilst we waited for the box they kindly set her out a little pot to keep her stocked up - how incredible.

The other week I saw that the Halo cleanser my mum wanted was out of stock. I emailed to see when they expected more to come in and Alex said he could send me one that very day! When I opened the box a few days later I found 2 surprise samples in the box. He truly is amazing.

I can’t recommend their beautiful products and service enough. I’m so thankful they appeared on Dragons Den or I’d never have found them! <3

I love NINI Organics, I've been buying their products for years now, I occasionally like to try other things but always end up coming back to them! Their products are so gentle on my skin, often helping to repair mat skin barrier after trying something else. They smell amazing and make my routine so much more luxurious! They can br quite pricey but I think for quality, organic and more natural ingredients, it's worth it. Plus they do great sales and offers. The customer service has also always been incredible and Alex is always happy to offer advice. Overall 10 out of 10.

I love all NINI products - they are such great quality and never disappoint. A case in point - I've been looking for a vitamin C serum that doesn't irritate my skin. After about a decade of searching, I'd given up and then NINI launched JuiCy and the rest is history! It smells divine, glides on smoothly and leaves my skin glowing!
