Waste of cash was sent nicotine free refills
Ive just discovered all 3 of my refills are nicotine free after opening the first one!! When Ive been buying nicotine pods every time you would think this would be noticed. Ive just made an order with different online vape store they have nicotine plus free shipping. Gutted about the waste of £18 for pods i wont use.

Well done customer service team I ordered my vapes on Monday would have received them on the Tuesday as is normal when I received no information from Royal Mail as to when being delivered then again on the Wednesday still nothing I contacted ninja vapes the customer service advisor took my order number checked everything then said they would get in touch with Royal Mail and this issue would be sorted by the end of the day.True to his word it was sorted out and I received my vapes on Thursday excellent service ninja vapes that is why I would not go anywhere else thank you for your great service once again
