Hi Argentina,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your second order.
Regarding your cashback, this can be resolved directly from your account: please go to your cashback dashboard, select the delete option on the right side of the lost amount, and refresh the page. This should update your account correctly.
Regarding the malfunctioning kits, we always encourage customers to contact our support team directly before leaving a public review so we can assist promptly. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to you via email to request your order details and arrange a prepaid return label and replacement. However, we have not yet received a response to our emails.
We are very keen to make this right for you—please check your inbox for our previous message or contact us directly at info@ninja-vapes.co.uk so we can resolve this for you right away.
