Visited in half term the Manager Paul was brilliant. From the moment we got inside to buy our tickets and helping sort the waivers, during our session unfortunately a group of kids were not being very kind.Paul dealt with the issue straight away and come over a few times to check in with us and the kids. It’s so nice to know there are people that still go the extra mile.
Despite the bump in the road thank you for a lovely experience, good value for money too for all that’s inside :)

Just been in the Southampton branch…
Just been in the Southampton branch with our grandson. My complaint is this - why is it that they cannot serve a HOT cup of coffee !! At £3-50 a cup that’s not expecting to much is it ?
Oh it’s made by a machine we can’t change the temperature!! What a load of nonsense
If I have a hot cup of coffee I want to enjoy it hot and over a short period of time not drink it down in one go.
Ninja Warrior UK Liverpool
I visited the Ninja Warrior UK Liverpool park (Speke) on 6th September 26. Really enjoyed my visit, however when I came to order food (2x pancakes and 2x Pepsi), the lady serving informed me they were out of pancakes. This was after I had paid. I was offered a refund or an alternative, to which I accepted the refund. I was informed my payment card would be refunded as my payment details were on their system. It is now 2 weeks since my visit and I am still yet to receive my refund. I have tried to contact the park several times (7 times actually!) via telephone since my visit, only to be met with voicemail every single time. I have also emailed and had no response. I do not live local to the park so am unable to drive there in order to speak to someone (nor do I think I should have to). All I ask is for my money back for food that I paid for and didn’t receive due to no stock. Such a shame, thoroughly enjoyed my visit however let down by the lack of ability to answer the phone or respond to emails to resolve this issue.
Will never return
Will never return!

Excellence customer service today at Chatham branch when visiting with my two kids. Phoebe was very helpful & very attentive. So thank you we had a wonderful time
I called today because I had…
I called today because I had accidentally booked the wrong section and was already quite anxious about sorting it out.
Although the issue itself was rectified, unfortunately it wasn’t handled respectfully. I found the member of staff abrupt and rude, and at one point I was simply told to listen to him. At the end of the call, there was no opportunity to ask anything else or even say goodbye before the call was ended.
I just feel this was completely unnecessary. A phone call like this is often somebody’s first experience of how an organisation handles a problem, and that first impression matters.
I have disabilities myself, including ADHD and autism, and I can speak quickly, particularly when I’m anxious. The way this call was handled made me feel that further training around communication and additional needs would be beneficial. You never know what difficulties the person on the other end of the phone may have.
It’s a shame because I have already booked four tickets and will travel 2 hours to get here. Had this telephone call been my first experience before booking, I honestly wouldn’t have gone ahead with the booking.
I still hope we have a positive experience when we visit and that this feedback is taken on board. The problem was resolved, but it could have been resolved with patience, kindness and basic respect.
Ninja Warrior - Walsall
Walsall site - Took my two grandsons (9&12)and staff on reception was very helpful. The equipment in my opinion is set for adults as either the height made it difficult or impossible to reach or at their age was too difficult to traverse from one bar to the next. I had anticipated there would be a child course plus the adult course. Luckily they have an inflated section which my boys enjoyed and staff were playing football (shots at a goal) with them. Luckily I had a 20% discount so didn’t pay full price otherwise value for money would have been two stars.
Location is good as near motorway but out of town. You have to pay parking but get 1hr free if using Ninja Warriors.
Unaccessable & unorganised
We went for a leavers celebration with our school kids in Ninja Warrior Bristol, july 18th 2026.
4 children are muslim, 1 extra child with severe allergies. The children ran up with guidence from staff, started eating, staff gave no instruction then suddenly the brought out blue boxes for the child with severe allergies and only 1 muslim child. I asked where the other 3 boxes were for the muslim children, they said they'd go look as they had veggie options. No more blue boxes were brought out.
Then ice cream was served. Again i checked if it was alchol free and vegitarian. They didnt know despite our lead sending in email with details
The staff are young, unorganised & failed to mention the lift wasn't working. We have disabled parents in our group & new borns in pushchairs.
WHY was there no mention of accessability being unavailable ? Disabled persoms were then sat on the floor because there was no seating in the area where our children were seated to eat.
Poor customer service
My son visited Ninja warrior Chelmsford on a school trip here. When he arrived the school were told that he did not have a waiver signed so he could not enter the equipment. This was incorrect he did have a valid waiver signed days before.
I contacted ninja warrior asking for a refund or re-entry which they refused. I sent them their own email back with the valid waiver however they are denying all responsibility saying my request is unreasonable and passing the buck to the school.
The school had no control in this matter.. Ninja warrior told them he didn't have a waiver and refused him entry the school did not have any way to verify the waiver or let him in.
The customer service is awful and this experience will be my lasting impression of the company.. Well done! 5*
The resolution to this should have been a simple apology for their mistake and refund which would have meant a returning customer... not the case here I am afraid.
Went to Leicester for my daughters…
Went to Leicester for my daughters birth with 5 friends yes cost a bit when and gloves are involved. But what made it up was the service of gent named Amer couldn’t do enough for me manners outstanding and just gentleman.pleasure to meet him.asset to the company.
Socks
Shocking that you have to buy a pair of socks which for a family of four is a total rip off. Considering I have about 3 million pairs of jump station socks. They have absolutely no benefit to any other socks and are basically day light robbery.
Ninja Warrior Chatam
Ninja Warrior Chatam. Overall nice experience nothing really against it other than overpriced food and drink which is a given in 2026 anywhere you go. 4 good courses with obstacles adjacent to the show. Good inflatable area with slides and mini courses for kids.
At Leicester the worst experience ever…
At Leicester the worst experience ever no help and support provided. We paid£45 for two children and finished within 40 minutes
The Duty Manager has the worst customer…
The Duty Manager has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I was one of many people who were spoken rudely to during my visit to the Leicester ninja warriors. After reading reviews it looks like there is a pattern of behaviour which is accepted by this establishment.
After being belittling me in public, told it was my fault for the delay and the need to qué twice, to be told they bent over backwards to move out slot (did not ask for this, they told me they were doing this) it impacted the whole birthday celebrations. It is expensive anyway, the food was expensive and very slow. The staff were clearly stretched and when asked the manager if they could put more resource on the till to move the line down so people could make their time slots, he said it was fine and we should have turned up 30 mins earlier (which we did btw)
I am incredibly disappointed and fear that nothing will be done or change given the pattern of similar experiences based on other reviews with the same manager. AVOID!
Leicester Venue - Staff are vile
Absolutely appauled by my experience at ninja warrior today. I arrived with a friend and our two children who both have individual needs. At arrival we noticed multiple costumers making complains for various things and we both noticed how rude and unhelpful staff were. We were told that as the kids weren't wearing the correct footwear they would only be able to use the inflatable area which was understandable. They were told to watch the safety video and wait until the end to be escorted to the correct area as they weren't even allowed to walk on certain carpets if not wearing trainers (their words). We had booked the 11.30 session so by the time they had waited for every single child to take an individual photo before entering the ninja area I asked the superviser 'Zee' whether they would still be getting the full hour as they had lost 20 minutes waiting to be escorted. I was absolutely disgusted by his response when he told my friend and I that it wasn't his problem if the kids hadn't gone to the front to have their photos taken first. I explained that the kids had been told to wait until the end and that due to their needs they were standing with us so we could explain the safety rules. He then responded by saying that we shouldn't even be allowed in the area with our children as we hadn't paid for a wrist band. After explaining again that the kids needed help reading the safety video as they hadn't put any sound on he turned and said to me: "it's not my problem if your kid can't read". Saying this in front of my child resulted in him crying as this is something he has been dealing with. I stated that it was a rude comment to make and his response was "soz". At this point I asked his name and to speak to a manager. He refused to give his name and said "I can't be bothered to talk to you girls anymore" and turned his back. I asked to speak to the manager and he said "I'm not talking to you anymore" I have never been so disgusted by somebodies customer service in my life. When approaching another staff member who managed to get the manager, the manager stated that after talking to him he had decided that he wanted to think about whether he felt like apologising. With such a disgusting approach to both customers especially children I would have expected an apology and if not his shift to be ended. The fact the there was no consequence for such unprofessional behaviour is quite frankly disgusting. When leaving I witnessed another customer being told that if she "didn't like him then to go home' I will be writing to the head office to put forward my experience. Absolutely vile
Leicester branch - Bobby the manager = rudest person
Leicester branch.
Bobby the manager is the most rudest person I’ve ever met. Being front of house is the wrong place for him. He needs to start at the bottom and learn some manners.
The blonde girl at the front desk blatantly lied. She just handed me the grip gloves without asking me for sizes.
When I told them the size wouldn’t fit my son with a double thumb Bobby was so rude. I asked him to check cctv but refused to and kept calling me a liar. Made out some rubbish about Covid. I asked for the gloves to be changed for a bigger size. But clearly that’s something to be rude about.
But when our friends turn up, they were told if the socks don’t fit come back and change them. Clearly sweaty feet are cleaner than clean hands. Even though my son just looked at the gloves and knew he wouldn’t get them on.
They’ve just lost out on a potential birthday party booking because of the management being rude and stuck up their own backside.
Clearly they need to learn customer service skills.
Disappointing party and no follow-up
Paid £240 for a birthday party for 13 children and was very disappointed. Our party was listed as hostless despite confusing invoice wording suggesting a host would meet us. The food was poor and insufficient: two burnt pizzas for 13 children, no extra vegetarian food despite three vegetarians, and a 15-minute delay after asking twice.
I raised a formal complaint, clarified that no additional vegetarian food was provided, and have since had no response. Poor value for money and very disappointing customer service. Will never return.
Kids loved it 5*
Can I please leave no stars
Can I please leave no stars. My daughter has just been out tonight, in Manchester. Her friend broke her ankle within 5 minutes of being there. The whole group are absolutely traumatised by the whole evening. There was absolutely no first aid, no one seemed to know what they were doing. An absolute disgrace by all accounts. Regardless of your waivers, you better believe you’re being sued.
