Their indicators are world class i am into volume based trading and use their volume indicators like volume delta, tickdata microscope, VolCandlez etc and its very useful to get a deep outlook of whats happening internally.

Just completed another experience with ninza and staff,
namely Hannah Wu. She was able to correct the issues with my recently purchased indicator system which was mainly my misunderstanding. She corrected my mistakes and back tested the system to confirm it was operating properly and provided additional information and tips on utilizing the system. Very pleased with the product and support.

Ninza doesn’t have the best looking website but their products and support are amazing. No issues with installation and my support has been highly responsive and helpful, especially Celia Andersen. She is the best, make sure you ask for her in the discord.

Excellent Customer support ! Always seek help from Kim and others whenever I need set up or templates. Never had an issue with the staff to assist. The products are for all types of trading.

I am kind of OK with software, but Celia reduces my time spent getting set up by about 500%. She is super efficient and has aspects of the ninZa products implemented that I would probably never understand. I have been "trading" for about 25 years and paid untold thousands of dollars to get absolutely nowhere. At last I am actually making money. Thank you Celia and ninZa. Now my wife and I will be able to travel for a holiday in Vietnam!

I've purchased a number of these over the years that have become part of my daily trading toolset. Over the past few years, I've also benefited from the help of Flora who has become a trusted advisor to me on what indicators best fit my trading style. Five stars for Hannah! I was having a lot of trouble getting my Multi Time Frame Indicator installation to set up properly, but Hannah saved the day. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire technical troubleshooting process step-by-step until everything was perfectly resolved. This is a great company, I've purchased many indicators from them. Flora and Hannah always treat me well, and they have something for every trading style. Recently purchased KingDOM which simplies order flow and makes it much easier to use and understand. Their indicators all have exposed ninjascript signals so they work well with automation as well.
