NIO has my money. I don't have the cocktails. Order placed weeks ago - utterly ridiculous.

I ordered four large sets of cocktails on 11th December, and they have not arrived, paying over £320. I have spent five days trying to make contact with NIO via email and live chat, with little to no response. There is no phone number and nobody is willing to call you back. I am still without my order in time for Christmas, which is very disappointing, as they were for my colleagues.

Cocktail gift box arrived damaged, was a gift for Xmas. Have emailed and used the live chat but no response. Disappointing

My first time ordering - they have taken my money a while ago but still not dispatched. They are not responding to my emails and their web chat doesn’t appear to be monitored as it’s not working.

I recently ordered a pack of cocktails, and an ice cube tray. Realised that only the ice cube tray had been delivered. I popped an email over explaining the situation, and within an hour, o had a response, an apology, and a notification that my cocktails will arrive tomorrow. I’m absolutely blown away by the level of service, it’s so so rare these days, especially with everything being online. Alex could have been very transactional with it all, but they weren’t at all, they were friendly and personable. Honestly can’t recommend this company or their products more

AVOID! - took my money, not delivered any goods and not replying to emails.
Something is clearly going on with Nio, as I've ordered previously from them with no issues. This time, however, nothing. No cocktails, no refund. Awful customer service, as only 1 in 5 emails responded to and the chat box option on website timed out twice. No phone number to call either . Have had to contact bank to pursue further action.

Great gift idea. Looks great and arrived very quickly. Only reason I have not given 5 stars is that it is a gift so have not sampled them

LOVE LOVE LOVE these drinks! Cannot recommend enough. Really qualitative and so good to share with family and friends for many different occasions. 1000% recommended.

My order was delivered to the wrong address by Evri. However NIO managed this really well and arranged for a re delivery.

Love these cocktails. Presentation is great and there’s a huge choice. Make wonderful gifts. Also low alcohol options. Speedy delivery.

I've been using Nio Cocktails for the past two years and no pre-mixed cocktails available elsewhere compare to these! The Clementea in particular is amazing.

I had an issue with one of my deliveries recently and Alex was brilliant and sent me out replacement cocktails immediately. 10/10 service.

I would sign up to a subscription service if this ever becomes available.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
Had to email over an amendment to my delivery address and Alex replied super quick, made the amendment and reassuringly confirmed the change to me.

1st delivery was speedy but was temptingly left on the doorstep by Evri and disappeared. However I emailed on a Sunday and a relacement was organised that day with an instruction to 'deliver safe' and thus was received. I was very happy with their no quibble fast response. The taste? Well, it is an advent calendar, so too early to say!

Brilliant customer service. I bought these for my daughter last year for Christmas. She loved them. I needed to know which ones she had. Alex got back to me within the hour, brilliant, considering it was a Sunday!! I would definitely recommend this company.

Brought 6 different cocktails for a dinner party i was hosting for my lovely friends 60th ....brought these to have after dinner ....they went down a treat.....a proper cocktail....deep in taste....and good measures ....everyone was impressed with the cocktail id tailored to them .....they have a good selection to choose from and they come beautifully packaged so I will be buying again ...really nice also as presents thank-you Nio cocktail
