The service is great but I am getting each item bit by bit in the post. I could wait and get a few things together in one box. Also, the boxes are huge for the items.

Terrible after sales from this company
Bought a Polar Ice machine from this company and It broke after 6 months. Phoned them because it is still under warranty. I had to phone them constantly to try and get this fixed because we are going to the shops every day to by bags of ice.
They tell us they have 1 engineer for the whole country and he is very busy.
Then they tell us it will be 5 weeks before they get a part to fix the machine.
Obviously selling cheap Chinese Junk
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
