I've been working on and off with nitreo for a few years now. I think they are a genuine and great service. Provided, you need to know how to use them. They have been very helpful for me in marketing my Instagram account for music. I have gained many lifetime fans and followers that I continue to engage with. However, it is up to you to build a genuine connection with the tools they provide. Customer support and chat features have been helpful for me. Cheers and good luck.

This is a great service, with great support/customer service. The only thing I think could be improved is ensuring relevant followers are gained (sometimes I gain followers that aren't my target audience). I've seen consistent, fast growth, and my account has never been flagged/shut down because of Nitreo. Will keep using their services for sure.

If you want to gain more followers, Nitreo will do that for you. By following other accounts, liking and interacting with posts, your follower count will steadily rise, for a fair price. I am not aware of another company that provides this valuable service.
Believe the reviews. I signed up because some of the features such as whitelisting and auto unfollow stood out to me, however, after paying $80, I got no followers. Instead, I got an email offering an extension "until our dev team resolves this" and "That way you can wait until this has been fully resolved." And that was after 10 days of service.
To make matters worse, I just cancelled and instagram all of the sudden won't load on any of my devices (computer or phone) regardless of whether I use wifi or 5g. YouTube works, Gmail works, everything but Instagram works. Did Nitreo get me blocked from the platform? How do I follow up on the business conversations I had going?
This is undoubtedly the worse decision I've ever made regarding the health of my Instagram account.
Really poor service - they have been double charging me for months and and are ignoring all requests to cancel. They make it extremely difficult to contact them about cancellation so now I will have to take it up with my bank.
Been using Nitreo's Essential plan for 3 solid months. So far, very pleased! My follower and engagement growth have been, not the fastest, but steady, stable and significant enough, especially for just these first few months. Customer service is fabulous -- using the chat feature, I get replies within 10-20 minutes, and my concerns have been addressed thoroughly.
A lot of the 1-3 star reviews on here seem like they're from people who are impatient and entitled. These people want instant results, but real, organic growth for anything, not just social media, takes time. If you want instant results, go buy followers. If you want steady, stable, REAL follower growth from real individuals who will, not only follow you back, but also actually engage with your content, and, in turn, do business with you, sign up with Nitreo.

It’s so bad. They first charged me for an account I just put on, never connected, but got my credit card from another account I did connect and charged me for both. The connected account they follow random not related accounts, at least 40 follows I had to unfollow cause they were so bad, not one follow back!!! Then to cancel you need to write an email on top of going to settings and cancelling. I wonder if I have to cancel my credit card at this point.
I've been using this service for about 3 months now, i have to say it's actually been amazing. It's been slow but before this service I was always losing followers and would post a lot. Nowadays, I don't post often (which is not great) but I get 20 followers A DAY which is insane to me. Reading these 1 star reviews are scary bc I don't want my account banned but so far it's been going really well, they've seriously helped me out. Oh and my followers are genuine bc they dm me, comment, like etc. Really really happy with it so far, praying it stays like this. I use the essential monthly sub btw.
scam ,one agent says it's a bug bug and i decided the same day to cancle my card and claim for refund and they won't do that its a scam, aand when i ask for refund they are making excuses and eat my money. it happened on same day of buying service
Stay away from this scammer company, they charge me i ask them right away for refund , they didn’t refund me and they cancel my plan so they take my money for the whole month but didn’t give me the service and neither refund.
Be VERY careful! Don't believe any sugar-coating and lies that the "support" tries to give to you. They are good at giving an impression of being nice, but they aren't. That seems to be part of the scam, sadly.
I wanted to outsource my like/comment process due to hectic times and was excited about this service. I saw some great blog posts and the testimonials were great. But after the purchase, I canceled almost immediately because based on reviews, something was out of place.
1) You can't cancel your subscription without either chatting with the support, having a call with them, or emailing separately. You can't just cancel the service.
2) You can't remove a payment method either. Fishy.
So, I chatted with the support. They wrote a long message explaining that unsatisfied people leave bad reviews but happy customers are silent and asked to get a chance to have a Skype call. They said they will share a link with me. I agreed to hear them out, and we agreed about the time. When the time came, nobody came. No link to that meeting, nobody asked me to be there, nothing. The name of the support agent btw had changed twice during our conversations, from Luca to Gregory to Mina, all of them behaving like they are the same person.
So. I went to do some research.
One by one, I went through their testimonials and customer examples. Those accounts didn't even exist. There were accounts with similar names, but not those that are on their website.
There was a "testimonial" from "@muitobommedia
Henrique Borgas" form "Muito Bom Media Brazil". That company doesn't exist. That person doesn't exist. With image search however, I found that the logo they used actually belongs to a Brazilian barbecue place Muito Bom. I messaged them and asked, and they confirmed that the logo is theirs and Nitreo is using it without permission.
And that guy wasn't Henrique Borgas, but actually a completely another person.
I searched the "influencers" - they did not exist. I searched the image source -> In most cases, the images were from Unsplash.
I tried to cancel my account for the second time and asked for a refund. Their ToS says they don't give refunds in most cases, but I mentioned that this agreement is based on false advertisement - basically lying to a lead to get them to sign. The ToS is based on fraud. They refused to give a refund, offered to have a call again and this time offered a link where I should schedule it. I had lost all the trust at that point and said no, and asked for a refund again. They complained to me about how they have to get phone for every account that is created and that phone is assigned to that account, and can never be allocated to a new account. Really? I mean, that's some interesting ROI model, when every single customer costs more than they bring the money in.
I asked again. They refused again and said they "can't" refund. That's a lie (best regards, another Digi entrepreneur).
I pointed out the illegal activities again. They apologized again for the "inconvenience" and wished a good day with a star emoji without saying anything about being called out of illegal activities or invalid agreement.

Luckily the origins of the pictures are pretty easy to find with google lens, meaning that the actual people and brands are also easy to find. We should help to let them know that their copyrights are being violated.

This is a very fishy service. I got charged and 5 minutes later I asked for the subscription to be cancelled and refunded as I dont need it anymore. I was surprised when they outright refused. I know its my fault I didnt cancel in time. But in my experience, I am always able to get a refund from other service providers. Thats not the case with these guys. I have cancelled all my accounts with them now.
This IS a scam project, I had a turbo subscription for 3 months and 0 results, they have the support that answers very fast but never helps you and by the way, in case something went wrong with your account they will never refund you money and you cannot cancel your subscription without contacting them. Don't waste your money and time!
