My experience with NITREO: an immense waste of time and money. Do not make the error to invest in them.

I failed to reach the contact you recommended. And after exchanging nearly 17 emails, I decided I'm not interested in the offer you're making.
The whole thing was a waste of time. Therefore, let me explain how I am going to proceed:
1. I have to report the transaction to my bank, because you're not refunding. I can use that $50 to donate to a suicide prevention association or whatever.
2. I'm going to report on trustpilot.com your company as one of the most bureaucratic and unpleasant experiences I've ever had to face in my entire life.

Don't take this personal. This was my experience with Nitreo, which should not be considered a general fault of this society. Maybe some of their clients are going to be happy. In my case, I was never satisfied. I appreciate your intention, and you were always very professional.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. Stay away from it. I canceled the subscription and they still charged my credit card. I asked many times for a refund and they won’t do it. This is their answer to it:
“Refunds are typically processed in cases when there are technical difficulties in providing the service to our clients, and since we are still able to provide the service to you, this is why we'd like to offer the pro-rated credit instead.
Every time the client logs in to our server, it takes a slot/a phone the account is connected to so we can provide the service, and stays with the server for a full month. This is the reason why we won't be able to process the refund for you, as we can still deliver the service. “
So, save your money and don’t use them. SCAM!

I had been on the platform since last…

I had been on the platform since last july and have encountered a lot of issues and I was always patient with them although no one seemed to know what was going on. My account grew quite well (when the service was working) but there were more downtimes than actual good times. In January, my account stopped growing altogether and they said it was because they were adjusting the system to the new algorithm and asked me to come back again when things got better. Mind you before I left I had 2 months free with the service and a lifetime discount of 25%. The agent said if I came back to the. service, I will still have those terms and yet a few ago when I tried to come back to the service, the agent played dumb and said he never said that and I send them screenshots of our conversation and they haven't replied to me for two weeks. This is absolutely disgusting and scandalous.

Doesn't Give Refunds

This is crazy, I purchased TWO speed plans for 1 year each for my business, which is over one thousand dollars. Within ten days, one of my accounts got blocked. I was able to get Instagram to unblock it, I then called and requested to get a refund (for only one of the accounts) because I am worried that my account will get permanently blocked. Joan refused my refund and told me she will escalate but there is a 0 chance for a refund. I can't believe how this company does business. She even stated that if accounts get blocked because of what THEY DO, they will not refund... insane... Stay away!

PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES

I was one of the ones that fell into the trap, I ordered their service because I was desperate for growth then I went to this site just to make sure that It was a legit company, after I saw all of the reviews I was horrified especially since I saw that they were not giving refunds.

Their refund policy clearly states that you have 30 days to inquire a refund, I literally waited 4 hours after buying it because I really didn't want bots or Instagram flagging my account like it did with a lot of their customers and what do you know.

Did not use their service at all so I cant really talk about their service but their refund policy is complete BS, tried talking with them 3 times and all three they came up with excuses to not refund the money. I'm currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Moral of the story, just grow your own Instagram and don't use these services, their so desperate for money that they create whatever excuse they have to not give your money back :(

DO NOT USE NITREO!!!

Let me preface by saying that I've never ever written a bad review, so if I'm writing this, you know the experience was terrible.

I signed up with Nitreo on 31-MAR-2021 (less than a week ago at the time of writing this review). They have a warm up period of about 2-3 days so I wasn't expecting any crazy growth initially. However, once the service was activated, Nitreo started following accounts pretty aggressively. In just a couple of days, the number of accounts I was following increased by over 150%. That was the first red flag. However, I remained patient (everyone deserves a fair chance).

But even after that, my account had shown 0 growth, yes, literally zero followers were added and all I could see was crazy amounts of people I was following, stories viewed, comments liked, etc. I knew then it wasn't going to end well. So I first cancelled my subscription to avoid being charged again (I knew there's no way I'm continuing with Nitreo). The final nail in the coffin was when my account was action blocked for a week by Instagram. And all it took was a week for Nitreo to get me there.

I also want to add that I wasn't using any other growth service during this time. I even stopped any manual activity to give Nitreo a chance to shine, as mentioned by my account manager, Andy.

Getting action blocked was it for me. I've requested a full refund on my subscription and as expected, Nitreo came back with all sorts of excuses as to why they can't do that. I'm well within my rights to get a full refund as per their policy (30 days). What can be a more valid reason than not getting any growth through Nitreo and to make it worse, getting action blocked.

[UPDATE] 9-APR-2021: I can confirm that I've received a full refund for my subscription. Thank you for writing back to me and for the refund, I appreciate it.. all the best!

Wish i could give zero stars .. lost 100$ + biggest scam bot i’ve ever seen , never even started i don’t recommend it at all for everyone , they kept promising me , they will make it happen and then nothing .. please stay away from this

NO REFUNDS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was using their partner company Upleap before I was recommended by their team to sign up for Nitreo since they were being taken over by them. I was told that they would offer the same services so I went ahead and signed up for Nitreo. TERRIBLE DECISION. After 1 day I realized their main function is to follow/unfollow people which is definitely NOT what Upleap does. So I asked for a full refund (in my case I bought the yearly plan more than $400) and they refused to give me a refund. My engagement did not increase and the amount of people they had my account follow was up 400+, insane...how would that not be noticeable to Instagram? Definitely treading a thin line with Instagram rules. Save yourself a headache and lost money with this company. Totally not trustworthy. Customer service takes over 8 hours to respond to any email you send them. And they will take your money. Really tried to work with them in trying to get my money back in a civil way but since they only offered "pro-credit" or an "extension of their service" I had to write this review. Why would I do that after being misled into purchasing a terrible service that does not increase engagement or legit followers? I asked for a refund just 1 day after my purchase and now $400 has disappeared. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMETHING ELSE!

3/29 update: no one reached out to me (after 3 days) so I reached out to your team. Got an automated reply about delays...not surprised.

4/3 update: Nitreo team asked me to remove the dispute I opened on my bank's end. Told me they would refund me after that was done. So I closed the dispute and double checked with Nitreo. Still no refund.

4/15 update: Still no refund. Looks like they're trying to buy time so that the refund time window with my bank can expire. Definitely reporting this to my bank.

4/28 update: Bank refunded the amount on their end. Finally, this is over but unfortunately had to be reported.

Avoid at all costs

Really bad experience. Customer service was absolutely terrible. It's a mix of automated messages and people just not even listening to what you were saying, or what the issue was. Super dated method of follow/unfollow method. Would not issue a refund, and tried to reason about something that is not part of their terms of service. Felt scammy in all honesty. Much better tools out there, not worth the headache.

Old recipe with new name

Everything started well with nitreo it started following bunch of people and in response people started following, targeting worked well but in 9 days account got blocked...there is no direct option to stop the recurring monthly payment so I had to contact the bank to set the stop payment. Overall its a old recipe with new name. This thing will not work in 2021.

This company would not send me a refund, even though the service did not provide engagement & follows as stated. I had to do the engagement myself and no actions were taken until I sent out consistent emails. This company is a scam, and the 14 day free trail is out the door.

Don't trust this site

Don't trust this site. It is a scam. They will charge you and not give you refunds even though you cancel your subscription with them. Plus their methods of getting you followers will only get you in trouble with instagram. And their so called andy who is their account manager is no help at all. Probably a bogus person anyways. Trust me, avoid them like the plague.

Terrible experience from day one

Terrible experience from day one. I asked for a refund within five minutes of starting because they hide the fact they use the terrible practice of follow/unfollow... and Andy told me he wouldn't issue a refund after 5 minutes of buying it. So, I issued a chargeback for services not delivered.

Han pasado tres meses desde que…

Han pasado tres meses desde que contraté mi suscripción anual y me han pedido que inserte nuevamente mi número de tarjeta para cobrarme cuando termine el año. Al momento que inicio sesión me dice que vuelva a pagar, por un servicio que apenas lleva el 25% de lo contratado. A pesar de haber actualizado la forma de pago sigo sin tener resultados, no recomendado.

More annoyed than impressed

I recently gave Nitreo a try and after a few days of usage I decided to cancel. I had no issues with who they targeted and the followers I gained. They were all location and hashtag relevant. What I was primarily concerned with was the amount of people they were following. This is clearly their main focus to build accounts. After only a few days I had followed nearly 1000 new accounts. One of their selling points is muting all the new accounts they follow so you will never see their posts or stories. They will then unfollow these accounts after a certain period. They did mute the new accounts to begin with but Instagram froze the mute feature for my account because Nitreo had used it far too many times. Rather than holding off on following new accounts until the feature was active again, Nitreo continued on. Sure I gained a couple hundred new followers, but I am now left with hundreds of unmuted accounts being followed and over 1000 accounts to unfollow.

Total scam

Total scam. They offer no growth aside from fake accounts and seem to have very shady business practices. I was trying to grow my business account and decided to give them a try. All the did was take access of my account and follow random people from foreign countries (I operate my business solely in the US). You'll have better growth just running paid media on Instagram than using these people

DO NOT BUY

I have been told TWICE that my subscription was manually cancelled and it has not been cancelled!!! I am sick of getting billed for this!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THEM TO STOP BILLING YOU! No one on customer support will help me!!!!

withdrawn money from my bank account even if I've cancelled…

they have literally withdrawn money from my bank account even if I've cancelled the services 10min after I've subscribed. I haven't used their services at all, not even connected my social media account and they billed me for a full month. Quite shocking! I guess I should have read the reviews and taken them more seriously...
