DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS SITE. NIVARENA.COM. The items are NOT TRUE TO SIZE and their RETURN POLICY is very ambiguous! I ordered a size 4X for my husbands valentines gift; OVERCOAT. It arrived after many weeks of waiting and I know the size has to be 'probably' a size LARGE - NOT SIZE 4X. I emailed them immediately upon receivable which took forever and they told me to send a picture of the coat I received and a picture of my husbands CHEST!!! WHY??? You know what you sent me and the questions is why is it clearly a size M or L; and not a size 4X!!! AFTER numerous additional emails to them they informed me that it is now AFTER 30 days of receipt and there is nothing they can do for me!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER LOOK AT THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!! FAULTY AND FAKE!!! MONEY GRABBER!!!

This company is a complete scam and DO NOT BUY from them.

1) your item will take over a month to get here with constant misleading updates and false hope that it’s coming.
2) the quality on the material is awful and extremely uncomfortable.
3) the items are nothing what they appear in the picture. We’re talking extremely different.
4) the sizing issue is way too out of wack. You would like think a half a size to maybe a size off. We’re talking with 3-4 sizes off
5) the return process is the farthest from what they say as simple and easy. They initially avoided all means of return and refund. They did everything they can to have me try and order more for discounted pricing. Finally when they said that I can pay for it myself to return it to China, yes I said China, when they falsely claim to be a New York based company, after the many days of this back and forth, they had the audacity to then say I’m outside my return refund policy.

This company is a complete and total scam and NO ONE should purchase from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.If you try & return they jerk you around with discounts & wanting you to take pictures of items to return.Just contact your credit card company.They should put the credit right back on your card. Tell them this company is fraudulent..

I ordered a pair of boots size 7.5 always fit me to a tee with any show company. I received the boots, too big, too wide and long, tried to return them, got the run around about the cost of shipping. Offered a 10% refund, an insult, offered a 20% refund. After many back and forth emails I decided it was better than nothing. I still have not received the 20% refund. There easy return policy is a lie, and they have the worst customer support. I would not order from this company!

Do not trust this companies sizing. I bought a coat 2 sizes bigger than I typically buy and couldn’t come close to buttoning it. Asked to return it and was told the foreign shipping costs would be more expensive than the item. While customer service was responsive I’m out my money. Avoid this company.

First the sizing is way off! Second customer service is Horrible & shipping times are way longer than they suggest on the website. Then when I asked for a refund they suggested sending a size change but charging me another $57 for it! When I responded again that I want a refund they stopped responding all together. The matter has still not been resolved!

Terrible experience ordering from this website, do not order from this website unless you want to waste your money. The item took way longer to arrive than the website said. The item itself was poor quality and the description and picture of the item online did not match what I received. I immediately attempted to return the item when I received it and customer service asked me to send pictures and videos of the item then said they cannot return international items that it’s too expensive. Total waste of money shopping on this website-very misleading and awful quality and customer service.

Scam company beware. The trick is they mail you some garbage item and tell you not to bother returning cause it’ll be too expensive as it ships back to China. They make it seem online like they’re in NyC but there’s no store there. It’s just a shell address. Then they tell you they’ll give you 10/20/30 percent back and you keep the garbage shirt instead. All the positive reviews are fake.

Their quality is amazing. They ensure customers comfort. Their products are affordable and attractive for that peoples who loves fashion.

Quality is nothing like what is imaged in photos and they force customers to pay for returns in what feels like a bait and switch tactic/trickery.

They continue to insist on a partial refund rather than return and otherwise, if you want to return, you have to pay for shipping back to Asia yourself. I've never seen business handled so poorly when customers receive products that are in such poor shape. You are really at the mercy of whatever they ship. I likely will have to take it up with my credit card company as well at this point after reaching out for customer support numerous times and receiving strange responses over and over again that don't align with my ask. In the end, I was forced to accept a 30% refund instead of full return and refund or I would have to pay for shipment and packaging of this product. Was supposed to be a red pant suit and felt like a small strip of fabric that had strings coming apart/loose around many of the hems. Most businesses offer a return option that's fair to a consumer - this one really is not given the quality of the goods. DO NOT PURCHASE - you will not get a good you want and you will pay for it no matter what.

The item is not at all like the image on the website. It took forever to arrive and the once it did, they are sending me in circles to return it. They first offered to replace it but I had to pay shipping. When I said I just wanted to return it, they said they’d give me back 10% of the cost and that if I wanted to return it, I would have to pay expensive international shipping costs and basically would still lose my money. Their return policy did not state this. This is a scam. Don’t purchase from them.

1. Ordered full-length coat w (1) large button
2. Received double-breasted blazer w (6) small buttons
3. Emailed company, sent picture of item received, AI response > "the item received was the item ordered"
4. Several AI email responses, offering only a refund, progressing from 10 - 40%.
5. Never mentioned that they would send the item I originally ordered; only offered a partial refund & keep the blazer
6. Salt in the Wound: postcard included with Blazer advertising the original coat that I ordered.
