Don't order and return, because you end up paying for the item you returned
I ordered three rings in size 54. When I received the parcel, I found that the rings were too small, so I immediately placed a new order for size 56, which I received and paid for.
I returned the complete order of size 54. However, I was later informed that one ring was supposedly missing from my return. As a result, there is still an outstanding balance in my Klarna account for an item that I did, in fact, return.
Fortunately, I took a photo of the return parcel before sending it because I had a feeling something might go wrong. The photo clearly shows that all the returned items, including the ring they claim is missing, were inside the parcel. I have provided this evidence, but it has been ignored.
I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay for an item I returned and for which I have provided supporting evidence. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, my concerns have not been properly addressed, and I feel that no one is willing to investigate the issue fairly.
I request that this case be reviewed again, taking my evidence into account, and that the incorrect outstanding balance be removed from my Klarna account. If this cannot be resolved, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels.
