Gordon and Chris just finished unblocking my combined rainwater runoff and foul water drains. They cleared the blockage with their high pressure jetting equipment, then ran their camera down the line. The causei was identified via camera to be fault where the drain enters the Scottish Water sewer. They will raise ticket with SW. Fantastic service. Very skilled. Made sure all toilets etc were running free.

Phoned Friday night after hours. Guys here on Saturday.
Unblocked drain and thoroughly cleaned all drains - inspected septic tank and advised emptying.
Work carried out efficiently with no mess or bother.

Cannot compliment No. 1 drains enough. If you are looking and in need of a drainage company then I suspect you have a problem. Gordon and his team recently carried out work for us, which on investigation grew arms and legs (not of their doing I hasten to add). Not until you start investigating the issue do you know. They put our mind at rest that it would all be fixed. Some work had to be carried out by Scottish Water and No.1 drains dealt with all the contacting to them too. In our experience No.1 drains really are No.1.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could get an engineer look into our drainage that same day. The engineer, a pleasant guy, did a thorough check and sorted out the problem. He was very efficient and treated the property with care. Thank you guys!

What fantastic service. I’m not usually one for leaving reviews but felt the need this time.
We had a blocked drain. Called Gordon in the afternoon and was told he would have someone out to me within an hour. Indeed, someone was here within about 45 minutes. He assessed the job and got on with it.
Very professional, reassuring and courteous staff. He gave me some pointers as to changes that we should consider getting our plumber to make to our system to avoid future issues. Left everything clean and tidy.
Received the invoice the next day and it was half the price I’d been quoted by a national company.
A fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
