I bought a large Hugo jacket from them. it was incredibly discounted at around 200-300 dollars, and it is hands down worth less than that. It arrived ripped and with the stuffing coming out of multiple seams. I reached out to support over a week ago and they haven't done anything, they haven't even replied. The only emails I HAVE received from them are "omg check out our new deals". If someone from the company replies to this with a "we are so sorry! we take this to heart! please reach out to us!"...I have and you have done nothing. Waste of money, no support, don't fall for their "we care" attitude because they clearly only want to make sales and put on an eco-friendly mask.
After they contacted trustpilot to try and get my review removed, and did so unsuccessfully, they have FINALLY reached out. 10/10 business skillz

Ordered a winter jacket on Boxing Day, a week later I was told the jacket was out of stock but already in production and would ship by mid-January.
I waited for almost a month and the order was still unfulfilled with no shipping ETA or tracking. They said they would reach out to update me but I never heard from them after that, and when I asked for an update they didn’t answer my emails. Meanwhile, the same jacket continued to be advertised as in-stock on their website and in marketing emails.
Due to the missed timeline and lack of communication, I had to request a refund and purchase a jacket elsewhere. Very disappointing experience. Although now that I have found out their newer products fall apart at the seams, it might have been for the best the jacket never came.

Really great customer service and really good quality. The warmest jacket I’ve owned, even warmer than more expensive brands.
As a vegan I really appreciate the quality & design of the products. What is most impressive is the customer service. I no longer have a Noize retailer in my area, so I order always order online and the customer experience has always been A+
I appreciate your service, I had a good feeling about this brand even though I haven't got a winter jacket for this brand yet but I will definitely get one in another try in proper time. In my order I chose the wrong size first and then their stock were sold too fast my size is sold out again in my re-order during the holiday season. I received my initial order which is with very good quality only the size is smaller as I didn't check carefully. But l I had a very good experience during my return and reorder. Not only you have care to the animal but to your customer (by sticking to your commitment) , I think your slogan is coherent not only for commercial purpose.
I would join NOIZE to care for the animal in my clothing choices. It is a good Noize it is making. Happy purchase.
I bought the Noize VIC jacket for my friend’s daughter and she absolutely loves it. The quality is excellent, the style is super modern, and the jacket is incredibly warm. Delivery was also very fast, which was a great bonus. I’m very happy with this purchase — my best recommendations!
Amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong size on a final sale item… I sent an email and they got back to me the next morning and had updated my order. Very responsive!
I wanted to order but the 10 % off first orders did not work, they responded very quickly and resolved the technical problem, which was on my side:)
I have two Noize winter jackets: one bought in 2022, which I still wear regularly in the winter and is in good working order! And another bought in 2024. I had an issue with that one, with one button popping out just a few weeks after buying it, but I reached out to Noize and they sent me a new jacket. Excellent customer service and I love the values they stand by!

Also the online customer service was 10/10. Due to a mistake on my behalf I did not get a discount I thought I would. After contacting them I heard back very quickly and they issued a refund for the difference. They said it could take 3 days to process but I received immediately. All.around amazing experience and the jacket exceeds expectations thanks guys.

Noize has been my go-to vegan jacket brand for many years. They have jackets for spring, fall, and winter (dog jackets too!) plus everyday clothing. I've had several jackets from them and they have all been really good quality. They look more expensive compared to the price, actually! There are many styles to choose from for both men's and women's. They look nice and stylish, which I find lacking in other vegan jacket brands. They're also inclusive with sizing. I know someone that can't find nice jackets in her size elsewhere. The shipping was really fast too! As someone who really cares about making compassionate choices, I like that their insulation is made form a mix of plants and recycled materials, and I like the cute positive saying on their scarves.

Par contre , celui de Savigny le Temple , les prix sont top mais la responsable manque de courtoisie envers les clients voire plus . Elle devrait prendre des cours de management de relation clientèle . Je ne suis pas la seule à le penser , des clientes hier me disaient , car on échange nos idées et tout sur les produits casa , donc disaient je n ose pas demander une information à la dame la bas . elle renvoie bouler d une force et lorsque je suis passée à la

Horrible customer service, coat falling apart
I have no idea why Noize has a low rating on Trust Pilot - their products and customer service are both excellent! They make the best cruelty free outerwear, the prices are well worth the high quality, they have personalized customer service and ship quickly. I am a loyal customer and have several pieces that have lasted many years.

I love the Noize Vegan and Cruelty Free Company from Montreal. They make their products using materials that are not harmful to animals and the environment and that aligns with my lifestyle and values. I have ordered so many products from them. Excellent Customer Service and usually my package arrives ahead of schedule. It's a 5 star rating for me. Never disappointed.

Do Not buy products from Noize Canada at all.
The company is a scam.
There product quality is terrible.
I ordered Jacob Mocha men parka from their website and I just wore it one time and it tore apart entirely from back. Their stitching is terrible. This incident left me stranded in -20 degree Celsius and I became sick afterwards. I am trying to reach out to their customer service email address from past 3 weeks and got no reply from them. I also tried to reach out customer service head office phone number in montreal but they will put you on voicemail and will not respond to your voicemail. Terrible company in short, wasted my 200$ reading reviews on their website.
Also, they are very smart. They won't let you put reviews on your website for a product. You can just read other reviews. Seems like they manually put reviews on their website in read mode.
Never buying products from them and will advise everyone I know not to buy from them. Wish I could sue or file a lawsuit against them.
Also, I called their store in Burlington. They said they cannot do anything and was very rude on the phone. Said we are in Ontario. We don't handle requests as online orders are fulfilled through Quebec.
I have had two Noize parkas and both have ripped in the armpit just from normal movements, once sitting in the car and reached and it ripped. The other one ripped from simple motion of putting a back pack on. The rip is more than can be reasonably repaired so I have two unwearable parkas. Won’t be purchasing again.
Coats are warm for the cold weather of winter in the GTA. Fit true to size and are comfortable. I've purchased 2 a bomber and 3/4 length parka. Both had issues after the first few months. The bomber material that holds the snap buttons, came undone. And the parka the zipper stopped working and I needed to replace it. Of course as both were past the return date. They said nothing they could do. So there is no warranty offered on their products. Other than that, they've been good
Do not buy online. The worst customer service ever. NO possibility of return/exchange after ONE exchange only. Doesn’t fit? Flawed in any way? You will wait forever to get an email response that goes something like this: SORRY CANT HELP YOU and then be ghosted. Be warned fellow shoppers.
