I would strongly advise other parents to avoid this company.

The baby monitor itself worked fine initially, but after about 1.5 years the charger broke due to normal wear and tear. This made the entire device completely unusable.

What followed was extremely frustrating. Customer support refused to provide a replacement charger, offered no real solution, and simply told me to “try a similar cable” without giving any specifications or guidance. Even when I explicitly asked what type of charger I needed, they could not or would not provide this information.

In practice, this means that a relatively expensive product becomes useless because of a simple, replaceable part and the company offers zero meaningful support to fix it.

This feels dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional. For a product in this price range, you would expect basic after-sales support and access to essential parts. The fact that this is missing makes this a very poor long-term purchase.

I regret buying this product and would not recommend it to others.

SCAM company. Chinese company masking theirselves. I share the same experience as every other negative review on here. I wanted to leave this review to tell others that I managed to get a chargeback through my bank (debit card). I just ensured that I received enough evidence from them that they were avoiding refunding me and waited the correct timescales. So I now have my money back and kept the camera although I would never use it as I wouldn’t trust it not to set of fire or something, I’ve never used it and won’t be. I just feel glad I’ve got their product still and my money. Absolute scammers and I hope everyone else follows this route too.

Faulty baby monitor which is not charging. Repeated emails to them and all the replies are automated and unhelpful. They will not provide me with any other number/way to call and speak with someone. This has been going on over a month, with the same reply that they ‘can’t open the file’. I’ve sent the video of fault various different ways. Avoid!

I ordered a baby camera 2 weeks ago still haven’t received it. It was delivered to an unknown address and still no response !!

Scam company, lovely pro UK website, but the products you will receive will be cheap Chinese knock offs, opened ours today and were very confused, started to read reviews and instantly regretted spending 179.00 quid with these total scammers. Absolutely disgusted. I had joked that our camera and monitor was on a slow boat from china, as it took nearly 6 weeks to come with no updates. Turned out to be true😩

The quality of the camera was good and we were happy with it but after 4 months the charging socket snapped off way too easily. We opened the whole monitor up to see if we could fix it to be shocked to see that it was only holding the copper plating together with a tiny bit of glue.. after contacting the company asking if I could pay for a new screen they said even if I did the x2 extra cameras we already had wouldn’t work with a new screen as they update the software so often.. they had no resolution for us at all so we wasted £160 on 2 cameras and a screen for it all not to work 4 months later. The communication with the company was shockingly bad!

0 stars still wouldn’t be low enough! Receives a fault camera/monitor nearly / years ago and have constantly been emailing trying to resolve the issue and has absolutely not luck, only automated messages. SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not buy from this website. Worst company I’ve ever ‘tried’ to deal with.

I must start off by saying the picture you get on the monitor from this camera is brilliant but the monitor itself is hopefully the battery does not keep charged a full night the longest we've got this to hold charge is 7hours!! But says in vox mode it will last 25hrs. But the other night thankfully we was awake and upstairs as the monitor was on vox mode and didn't even pick up that our baby was crying!! we contacted customer services who were extremely unhelpful just wanting photos of the monitor bot holding charge refusing to let us send back the faulty item so now taken this further as I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work correct

SCAM. knock off products that don't work. No help from customer support. No help with returns and refunds. Money down the drain on a single camera that doesn't connect to monitor

SCAM CHINESE FRONTING COMPANY the order you receive will be an unbranded Chinese knockoff of what they are supposed to be selling.
Once you receive the order they wont accept returns or will make it extremely difficult for you to return it. They also charge you 20% for “restocking fees” if you return it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Camera stopped working after a few weeks. Tried to get it replaced and the customer service went on a wild loop that started off friendly and ended up entirely incompetent.
I was asked to provide videos of me going through the very limited options to fix it. Difficult enough when its over email. But theyd then tell me fixes I had already tried and provided proof of. I must of sent 3 videos before I gave up.

Massively frustrating experience and this camera wasn't cheap. Do yourself a favour and do not buy this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This product stopped working after 1 day and when contacting customer services they needed multiple video evidence which was provided. They then wanted me to ship this back to China with no costs covered until after. This product was clearly faulty but instead I received constant interrogation via email and no real customer service required. This company does not clearly state where they are shipping from as if I knew this was from china I would not have purchased due to the poor customer service and amount of time it took to even get to me in the first place. I am shocked, disgusted and appalled at this company and its lack of care. As a mother £189 is also a lot of money to have just wasted on a monitor that does not work. I am very disappointed

The monitor was ok, not brilliant but the after sales support was awful.

The monitor stopped charging. Their response was limited to "you can buy another monitor." They did nothing to help at all.

We had it less than a year. Really poor customer service and not a well-made or durable product.

Our nursery is pretty small, so we needed a monitor that wouldn't take up much space. This one has compact design that fits perfectly on a shelf without being bulky.

I like that the screen only lights up when the baby makes a sound, which saves battery. The sensitivity can be a bit inconsistent, though - sometimes it misses quiet sounds.

Monitor itself is ok quality. It comes from China, which isn't ideal. Read the small print re returns - £40 restocking charge!!!
Anyway, we bought in may and its now November. Monitor has completely died (middle of the night!) And we cant charge it or turn it on. Have tried asking for a replacement or refund but getting nowhere. They keep asking me to charge it!! Clearly dont understand and dont want to give replacement or refund despite the website saying they offer a 1 year guarantee!
Shocking company. Just be careful

The sound activation feature is a nice way to save battery. The screen stays off until the baby makes a noise, and we can adjust the sensitivity so it doesn't light up with every litlle rustle.

This monitor has a solid build and the picture quality is still great after a few months of use. The only small issue is the screen can be a bit hard to see in bright sunlight.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Nomado — Dishonest and Impossible to Deal With

Nomado is an absolutely awful company to deal with. They refuse to cancel orders, no matter how quickly you ask, and then they lie about shipping — claiming items have already been sent when they clearly haven’t. It feels like they’ll say anything just to avoid taking responsibility.

Their customer service is useless and completely untrustworthy. You can’t get a straight answer, and they clearly don’t care about customers once they’ve taken your money.

Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from Nomado. This company is a scammy, dishonest mess that shouldn’t be trusted with a single order.
