I downloaded Nora Health AI after being promised cashback rewards for qualifying purchases. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading.

Over several months, I completed multiple eligible transactions that were advertised as cashback offers. Despite carefully tracking my activity and following all instructions, I never received the full payments I was owed. By December, the outstanding balance totaled over $50.

I contacted the company multiple times, starting in early November. On November 13, I was told they would “look into it.” After waiting more than six weeks with no update, I sent a detailed follow-up on December 18 outlining every missing payment with transaction dates and amounts. I never received a response.

At this point, the lack of transparency, delayed payments, and complete silence from customer support feel deceptive. The app markets itself as rewarding users with cashback, but in my experience, those promises were not honored.

I would strongly caution others before using this app or spending money based on advertised rewards.

Best app to find what I love, healthy that fits my goals and to stay on a budget! It’s just in a couple of neighborhoods in NYC, so I can’t wait to see more options!

Great app! I eat out for lunch often, and it’s amazing to get 20% cashback every time I visit one of their restaurants. Super easy to use.

I genuinely love using Nora Health. It's totally legit – they send you money to your Venmo or Zelle once your transaction at their restaurants are confirmed. They also have a help email so if you don't receive the money they are super responsive and get it to you which I love
