The customer service of the Nordic team is second to NONE, I cannot express properly the lengths they goto to ensure the customer’s expectations are exceeded.
I have been ordering from Nordic for the past 4-5 months and have never had a problem with any products (and I’ve tried most if not all of them) or delivery times (give or take a major conflict in the world).
If you have tried other companies forget about them and use Nordic, you won’t be disappointed.

Listen, if you’re located in the states like me, and you’re weary about ordering from an international brand like Nordic Fulfillment let me reassure you now, you will not regret utilizing them to fulfill your nicotine pouch needs. Not only do they have a wide variety of products to satisfy most any craving, but their delivery timing is prompt, accurate, and their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Not recommended
Terrible. Didn't recieve half my order. Emailed them several times they say they will check with the warehouse about the packing error. I should have had this nearly a month ago. Using gum now for smoking cessation which gives me a pain in the guts. Would not recommend. All good if your order is correct and shipped if there is any problems, awful.
